ROLL CALL: Puff Puff Blow v2.0 Hookah Night -- Tuesday February 24, 2009

This event is only open to TranceAddict members. You must RSVP attendance to jason [at] tranceaddict.com in order to attend. If you would like to bring a guest to this event please ask for confirmation. All attendees will be notified of the venue location by email the night before the event.

begins at 7:30pm until 11pm

** if you own your own hookah please try to bring it. we had a few last time but it would help a lot if there were a couple more **

well, considering you dont smoke on a regular basis and you were smoking nakhla for most of the evening, i'd say you handled it quite well.

im bringing Al Fakher Golden Eskhandarani Apple this time.
i will also have Nakhla Mizo Grape and Nakhla Mandarin with me.

edit: considering bringing my fresh box of Nakhla Caramel to mix with the apple but still not sure. maybe i will just smoke apple alone.

i will bring my chronic hookah natural coconut coals too.

Al Fakher and Nakhla are two brands of shisha tobacco.
shisha tobacco is split under two categories; washed and unwashed. it has nothing to do with the cleanliness. washed means the tobacco leaves are "washed" in a solution to lower the nicotine content, usually leaving it around 0.05%. unwashed means it is pretty much full strength around 0.5% (hence the nicotine buzz). non-smokers will get a minor buzz from washed tobacco.

there are two types of apple; eskandarani (green) and bahraini (red). the red apple has an anise flavour to it while the green apple does not. then you get double apple (aka. two apples) which is a mix of both.

it doesnt get you high but people often get a nicotine buzz from it and they find it relaxing. the stuff only contains tobacco, glycerin, molasses/honey and flavouring. none of those ingredients can get you high.
