Summer Set Fillers

Im busy writing a tracklist for a set ehat myself and a friend are going to be playing two weeks on saturday, weve got nearly 4.5 hours to fill and im a bit stuck on some choonz to fill up the set. Ive got some great summer anthems to spin but i cant play anthem after anthem. Any sugegstions?! tracks can be old or new. anything thats not well heard of, b-sides, stuff like that. any suggestions please let me know. anything i dont already have ill be burning to CD-r since the club is providing some pretty mean equipment to use..

Im sure just about any-off them would kill the dance floor....and theres also the obvious tunes like....Southern Sun, Solar Coaster ....etc

Arcane Somewhere (dave Swayze Mix) and the oliver Lieb remix of love stimulation are two good tunes to throw in

Hey i just got some great news...I have been invited to spin at a party. Its a house party but the house is HUGE. I done a set there about 7 month ago and it was fuckin sweet... Well i have looked through all the tunes that have been recomended in this thread and i am going to start downloading the ones i havent....The lad said i should take about 3 hours worth of tunes because they got about 4 DJs going to cover about 10 hours....

I will play about 80% of my set with 12" and the other 20% With CDs...I got a early set so i gotta start nice and smooth...Very calm and relaxed...

I will be spinning from 12am - 3pm...The decks are in the front room and i swear down theres about a 40 metre dance floor....They are patio dorrs that will be opened so the sun will be shining through...It will be sunny so i gotta drop sweet summer tunage !! Im in a sweet mood now

Oh yea i forgot....The party is on Friday so if your going to give recomendations (which are welcome) you better be snappy because i aint got alot of time to prepare...

i kno this is corny but you know what..for me summer doesnt start until atb-its a fine day is blasting in my car while cruising on the highway...

Good luck to both of you, I have never played more than 3 hours and I remember needing the toilet badly on that occasion. Burns, most of the fillers I have named there are good summery tracks. Hey i can agree it not summer but the weather is good at the moment in England..... ...It pisses down every day garuntee like but hopefull it will be sunny when im whipping out mt tune-idge

Hey, make sure to make a hour of the mix non stop tiesto style trance and i will be intrested in downloading and commenting mate ...Ill record my set but dunno if i will be able to put online...no equipment or out

That looks amazing and i already had about half of them in mind......

Well its thursday wich means i have only today to prepare for some tune-idge....I also just found out some good new, The set up that is provided will be 3 technic 1210`s and stanton mixer. They is also two CD decks, he he.

I will put about 10 tunes onto a CD today...I think the set iss going to swing into a very up-lifting trance set but i am going to take records of just about every genre because i want to be prepared as i may get there and they are all wanting some-thing harder....I will know about 10% of the people there but most are from my mates colledge and i dont know them so i gotta prepare for any-thing....he he

Any last minute recomendations are welcome...But i got a good idea of what im placing on the CD
