1. Tiesto strated of as a hardcore Producer Under the names 'Da Joker' and 'DJ Limited'.
2. Tiesto beat the world record By drinking "31 cans of Red Bull in 24 hours. He admited he would never ever try to do it again.

6. Tiësto opened a club-restaurant acquisition with Chinese cuisine, dance music and live entertainment on June 7, 2007 called Cineac. It is now called "The Mansion''
7. Tiësto and Reebok introduced the new 'Tiësto shoe' in November 2007. The shoebox comes with a special limited-edition Tiësto & Reebok CD, containing the Elements of Life album and the bonus disc. Only 1000 pair units were available.

10. Tiesto had a relationship with the beauty contest winner Monique Spronk. On January 10, 2008, Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf announced that Tiësto and his girlfriend Stacey Blokzijl were going to get married on October 10, 2008. Around Christmas 2008 Stacey Blokzijl broke up with Tiësto because of the constant delay of their wedding.
