When will these damn muppets understand that you DO NOT MESS AROUND with classic tracks.

Posted by adi_hanson on Mar-06-2009 20:23:

just how many times is this tune going to be remixed? And i bet there is much better stuff out there to be signed than this bag of shit.

william orbit

should of finished there.

Posted by physe on Mar-06-2009 20:52:

As long as people keep buying this stuff, it's going to continue being released.

Posted by woscar on Mar-06-2009 21:19:

It's even one of Beatport's "Exclusive Releases"

Posted by Trance-M on Mar-06-2009 22:17:

There should be a counter at Beatport so you can see how many idiots bought rubbish like this.

Posted by MrJiveBoJingles on Mar-06-2009 23:47:

LOL.

Dance music can be such worthless shlock sometimes...

Posted by Adam420 on Mar-07-2009 00:03:

And who is this DJ Ivan anyway? But yea, fuck, this really didn't need a remake. There is other stuff out there more worthy of being remade. I mean the original Tiesto version is legendary, you know, and I don't see why it couldn't still go down today. In fact I'm sure it still does.

Posted by wing on Mar-07-2009 00:51:

what do you mean by original tiesto version

Posted by MrJiveBoJingles on Mar-07-2009 01:08:

Attention everyone!

I have just put together a sketch for a remix of Adagio for Strings. I feel it is quite excellent, original, and creative. Have a listen!:

This is multiple levels of horrible, and it really doesn't seem to care.

Posted by SuspicionVandit on Mar-07-2009 09:21:

The end of the sample sounds like it came directly off the Microsoft MIDI player.

You're not any less clueless than the idiots buying this new version.

Learn some music history before opening your mouth.

Furthermore the Tiesto remix of Adagio for Strings is a shittiest thing in mankind. A great piece of classic music raped with synths by an untalented baboon.

Research:

Samuel Barber, then
William orbit, then
Ferry Corsten

And the tiesto version of this is a completely un-necessary raping of Ferry corstens remix.

This has to be irony. Nobody could be this stupid accidentally.

Seriously, how long did this take you to put together?

LOL. About twenty minutes. Most of which involved turning the Barber's Adagio MIDI into eighth notes.

i dont understand wtf is so special about this melody that everyone have to make a mix of it. to tell u the truth it sucks ass, and u know why? beacuse it doesnt end up in the 4,8,16,32 rule! a fucking mathematical mistace is what it is. it lacks two bars or something to being a full melody. another reason why it sucks is that the last note is the same as the first, makes a completely retard transition.

Oh no! Music that isn't in 4/4!

Posted by MrJiveBoJingles on Mar-07-2009 17:31:

It's actually in 4/2, so it shouldn't be terrible to transfer to 4/4. But the phrasing is a bit different from typical dance tracks, which makes it sound odd when set on top of an EDM beat.

Posted by SMC on Mar-07-2009 17:40:

palm, you're being willfully retarded.
