Is Obama one big Lie?

Did you catch the news yesterday with Obama reading from the teleprompter?

I know this is more about the USA but what happens there affects us.

Fact: Everyone Obama appointed to office came from Wall Street or were Lobbyist. First he said he wouldn't appoint them and then he appointed them to office.

Did you know that: Tim Geithner (former Pres of Fed. Reserve Bank) now head of Treasury, and Rahm Manuel (former wallstreet exec) now chief of staff, engineered the AIG banker bailout deal.
AIG got $170 mil in Fed Reserve Loan and despite that Obama said he signed an executive order capping the CEO salaries, all major banks and brokerage firms were exempt.

It's estimated that $5 Trillion disappeared out of US treasury from this bailout and the estimate is now climbing to over $8 trillion. Under pressure AIG had to release a list of where the money went to. The largest chunks went to Wall Street and banks in USA and Europe.

Wall Street firms Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch round out the top four, receiving $2.5 billion and $1.8 billion.

Now what do you think of Obama?

Hes a tax and spend socialist who is driving the USA into bankruptcy.

Posted by Elendil on Mar-25-2009 21:24:

Not just into bankruptcy. He is collaborating with the Wall-street oligarchs in the complete revolution that is sweeping America, without almost any average person knowing it.

The United States tax-payer has basically funded the world's largest, riskiest hedge fund.

It's truly frightening times. Wall-street, following the bailout and what is yet to come, has finally completely taken over every level of power in the United States.

Is Obama a lie? He's certainly a liar, as is everyone in office who has allowed the privatization of profit from public funding.

those 5 trillions and 8 trillions figures don't make sense.

Let's face it Obama is marketable and was the last race really THAT epic??

NO..It wasn't....There is a difference between cleaning up a housing project and a nation, there is also a difference between actual experience and being able to deliver a great speech (which you didn't write).

In the greater scheme of things Obama is not the most powerful nor influential man in America...

before people bandwagon and attack my last statement, besides the election the nation's issues and decisions are now out of the hand's of voter's hand's.

I'm sure Obama is a good man, family guy etc..but I wouldn't agree he is the right leader for the present time.

Nope haven't seen it yet but thanks for the info. Gonna look it up. My info came from various online news reports.

It started with this morning as I watched one of the Canadian news reporting agencies talking about how one reporter asked Obama the wrong question. They showed the video of it and how Obama (clearly upset over the question) answered back and then they cut off his mic so no one could hear further questioning by this reporter.

Then I read this:
http://www.cnn.com/2009/US/03/15/AIG.banks.list/index.html

That prompted me to search online info and came across several reports about Obama and his appointees.

By then...it didn't take long to piece this together.

I've heard of Alex Jones the conspiracy guy...and I don't always agree with everything said but I'm curious to know why bring him into this, when all I did was print facts that can be googled?

Sounds like you boys got a beef with Alex Jones or you just wanna sound like you think you know it all?

Obama is like Bush on steroids when it comes to all this stimulus.

Obama at least looks like he knows what he is doing, even though he doesn't seem to have a clue.

I don't remember where I got that from.
How could it. Everyone reports different things online.
US News reported 58 billion and Huffington Post said 90 billion.
CNN Money reports 3 trillion http://money.cnn.com/2008/11/05/news/economy/three_trillion_dollar_bailout/index.htm

Reporting agencies are confusing....Who really knows how much has left the reserve?

What I do know for sure is that the banks and Wallstreet did profiteer.

And the people who said Obama is great just got egg on their face. Can't help but watch it all come down now that the weeks are rolling in. It's like watching a black version of bush.

Obama had the same political strategist as Mcguinty. So expect more and more broken promises. It worked here right?

Posted by tonybologna on Mar-25-2009 22:23:

Obama works for Wall St. Plain and simple. Goldman Sachs was his top contributor. Gee do you really think that Geithner didn't know that AIG had $13 billion in counterparty exposure to Goldman Sachs. Why did he let Lehman fail and made AIG's counterparties whole? Why are they propping up 5 large financial institutions which are essentially insolvent, at the expense of the real economy? Why not send them into FDIC receivership, make bondholders and shareholders take a haircut, and if necessary split the assets up to the many many banks who are healthy and are ready to absorb more capacity?

Why Geithner's plan is doomed to fail (from someone who worked the S and L crisis):

Uh, virtually every President has used a speechwriter.

I'm going to wait a year or two to make my judgment on Obama.

I haven't been able to decide whether or not to watch this. On the one hand, I'm morbidly curious as to whether or not there's even more dirt on Obama than I realized; on the other hand, Alex Jones is an idiot.

What to do, what to do... it's like hearing about a fight breaking out between Miller and McGuinty.

It's not even specifically about Obama.

It's a video about how the Federal Reserve is orchestrating this world-wide recession/depression so that they can buy EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD and institute a one-world government to enslave us.

Then the 7 horsement of the apocalypse will appear, followed by the second coming of Jesus (no, not Obama) to end Global Warming by killing everyone except 144000 Jehova's witnesses. Right after Tom Cruise and John Travolta hitch a ride on their UFO.

The movie mostly focuses on the Bilderberg group, the Federal Reserve, and CFR. The only real points that he makes about Obama is his breaking promises about
1. No lobbyists
2. Iraq withdrawl plan
3. 5 days to read any bill
and a few others.

Instead of watching the movie, you can read some real critiques on Obama and his cabinet members at www.solari.com/blog and www.globalresearch.ca

Dude I watched the whole video. If you pay attention it's all in there. Subliminal messages and all that jazz. You should watch it a few times in a row tonight, you'll see.
