Advice on interpersonal issues... why?

I'm starting to realize that all these advice threads are basically seeking validation from other people on the internet.

My personal relationship and other people's personal relationships aren't a spectacle for everyone else to see. It really is as simple as thinking about how you feel and doing what you think is best.

Have I finally seen the light? There's absolutely no need for any of these relationship threads or personal advice threads. The concept is just absurd to me now.

I believe the word you're looking for is validation.

Most of the time when I have run across people seeking advice they are actually seeking attention to prove to people they are asking that they have a life outside the social community they are asking at.

DXM is one hell of a drug

I don't get it. I quit using anything because nothing got me high anymore. I didn't mention it at the time. I've been sober since early April. It might seem like I'm spiraling out of control, but I'm not, as evidenced by my coherency.

Where did you even get the idea that I was depressed. It's like you saw a single post and based your entire perspective on me based on it and now nothing I can say can change your mind. Either that, or you are trolling me hard.

I'm sober and well adjusted. This is the only time I'm going to say this. Stop worrying about me. Until the day I have a nuclear meltdown on these forums or something, you can safely assume that I'm still (somehow) doing perfectly fine.

I appreciate your concern, but eat a dick.

Eventually, you're going to be seen as the crazy one when I continue to post as normal and you barge in every one of my threads with an huge, 11 point post urging me to seek professional help.

Just a heads up. You should chill before the tables turn and you start looking like an obsessed weirdo.

Yeah I dunno where he got depression from. If you were suffering a major depressive episode, you most likely wouldn't even be posting on here...or even giving a fuck enough to ask advice on personal issues.
