15 mins and Im out the door for work. Going out is more like 30 mins.

Well, I usually take a shower every morning, so I'd put it around 25 minutes for everything.

the_voice, how long does it take you to do your hair?

5 or 10 minute shower and 5 minutes to get dressed.

about 30 mins

Posted by Ania_xox on May-28-2009 14:39:

If I'm washing my hair in the morning - about 1hr 15mins
If I've washed it the night before - 30mins

Having said that, I like to give myself lots of time to snooze and lull about in the morning. I HATE rushing. So if I've gotta be out the door by 9:00am, I will set my alarm for 7:00am and snooze for 20 mins. Then I just take my time figuring out what I'm going to wear and making coffee and usually calling my mom.

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on May-28-2009 14:45:

6:10 - Alarm goes off, get up, put shirt in the dryer until it's ready to be worn.

6:11 - Get back in bed.

6:23 - Alarm goes off again, get up, feed the cats (assuming one or both hasn't already paraded on my sleeping face to remind me they're hungry), start shower, start CD player - this morning it was some Joy Division best of cd that was in reach.

6:24 - Start shower, calisthenics while the water heats up, yell at the cats for playing with my luffa when I forget to put it up (grotty little critters ), wash hair first, then body, towel off, shave face, apply deoderant and moisturizer.

6:37 - Retrieve shirt from dryer, put it on first, then pants, then tie - no, not that one, we're going to go with diagonal colours today.

6:42 - Open door, say goodbye to the cats (WHY?!), make it to the gas station before the high schoolers do and maybe buy a Doubleshot or a bottle of water, depending on whether or not I'm excited about the coffee that awaits me at work.

So yeah, like 5-10 minutes.

I hear you on not rushing around, Ania. I like to try to take my time, but sleep is so wonderful It's hard to choose sometimes. I like to make my lunch in the morning, so sometimes that takes a little bit of extra time.

For work: I wake up at 6:42 out the door by 6:55.

If I'm going out and shower/blowdry-straighten hair/ etc, then more like 40 min.

Awake at 6:28
Shit, shower, shave, dress til 7:05
Leave.

Posted by Ian on May-28-2009 16:14:

about 90 minutes. I'm way too anal about my timings and my stomach problems often leave me hurting so it helps to have time to sit down, have a drink. Plus sky sports news and checking emails and stuff delays it :s

Posted by yukii on May-28-2009 16:28:

i usually just wake up 30-40 min before my class.
get in the shower (if i think theres time-i always shower before sleep)
get dressed, put my hair up cos its wet.
go to the kitchen & eat toast.
brush teeth & grab my crap.
get in the car lower windows or turn on ac & let my hair down to dry.
no fixing no make up none of that. lol- at least not for uni...

It takes me 30 minutes if I take a shower but don't eat breakfast. It takes me 15 minutes if I take no shower and don't eat any breakfast.

blow dry AAAND straighten?!

i can't do that plus that ruins your hair so much. i just wash & let dry on its own you should do that one day & see how awesome it is to be lazy,... ROSSSITTAA.

Posted by Slylee on May-28-2009 18:09:

20 min, tops. i take my showers at night and i'm lucky to have hair that looks great in the morning after going to sleep with it wet

there's been times where i really needed to wash my hair (i was on day 2 or something of not washing it) and my bf was like, "we're going out, get ready fast" and i was like FUCK. i just put it up and freshened up and was ready in 15 min and those are the times when someone is like, "omg i love your hair"
