At the tender age of 17, Jonathan Peters began his extraordinary dj career with residencies at legendary NYC clubs like Save The Robots, Roxy, Club USA, Limelight and Exit to name a few. His 7 year residency at the legendary Sound Factory however, brought him to another level, earning him a cult-like following in New York City. Whether it was a regular Saturday night, which drew 4000 fans or his thematic monthly events that drew in 8000 fans, Jonathan Peters believed in his fans and they believed in him. His 20 hour long musical journeys proved the dedication of his fans and his dedication to them. JP will forever be a staple in New York City nightlife and his presence in the scene has extended around the world to countries like Italy, Brazil, Germany France and more. Now, Pride 2009 will mark his long awaited and highly anticipated debut in Toronto. Dont miss this chance to catch this NYC legend inside the intimate confines of Footwork!

lol That's the point tho, "over-the-top" is exactly what we're going for when booking our Pride flagship party

I've heard he's a cross between Honey Dijon and David Morales... personally I'm embracing the party tunes!

lol im sure you guys will enjoy yourselves, because thankfully, jonathan doesnt really have the ability to bring the crowd from NYC WITH him to Toronto haha! as long as the vibe is different, I dont see why JP cant be fun here.....

edit: just to not bash on the party itself, I am merely referring to the CROWD in nyc being poor, NOT the artist.

VERY VERY angry, somewhat psychoitc, and nutso crowd.

The description above was exactly what I witnessed at WMC during the JP pool party at the Shelbourne...

However, that being said, in no way am I bashing this event at all... because the people want house... people want new bookings... here it is....

lol thats why I edited....dont wanna bring down the party by any means, I am sure the Toronto peeps can handle their shit better than the retards in the US scene.....its about our ridiculous NYC crowds, not necessarily a reflection of the DJ.

OK Kelly, I'm a little offended by this.
It's not that bad.
JP is king toughen up!!!

Seriously though JP at Factory were some of the best parties ever. If you were never there you really missed something special.

JP's NYC parties are no problems at all....ive seen him 23 times all over the US, in NYC 10+ times, some parties alone and never had one problem. yes he has the roided out crowd but if u dont bother them, they dont bother u. JP is gunna fuckin kill it tonight! wish i were allowed across the border for this event.
