Worst taser indicent ever.

California police used a taser on a legless and armless man in a wheelchair in a domestic violence situation! I mean, I gotta ask the obvious here- how violent could the guy be with no limbs and in a chair!?

lol I was thinking more about the granny one.. can't remember whether I stood up for the naked dude, that was just funny more than anything.

Either way I know the personality types that gravitate towards jobs as policemen, bouncers, public transport ticket inspectors etc.. all dumbfuck idiots with chips on their shoulder. Give them a weapon to use as a last resort and they'll use any excuse to pull it out whenever they can. I'm glad they're there and they have the option of using weapons but any allegation of misuse needs to be investigated and if proved should be punished really harshly. I think fear of serious repercussion is the only way these guys can be kept in line.
