Most beloved/hated commercials

I can't think of too many off hand but a lot of the E-trade ads during the Super Bowl in 2001 where they just had a monkey doing stuff. I just enjoyed their simplicity.

Couple I can't stand is this one commercial for Uncle Ben's pasta bowls where some chick starts talking in a really bad fabricated "Italian" accent and generally being a jackass and this Bally's one which is mainly just replaying the "Can't Get you out of my head" video. I know what they're implying but I think it would've just been better to try and get Kylie in person instead of just showing how cheap they really are.

heh.. i LOVE the commercial for the Celica's ... when that old mans yellin at the parked car and its not even moving... its supposed to be because it "looks" fast. But that one always cracks me up ! and the mitsubuishi ??? spelling lol commercial when that chick is dancing to dirty vegas... gawd ! i wanna learn how to do that !!! and i cant fuckin stand the guys voice who does the commercials for Clear Eyes / Visine?? its WAYYYYYYYYYY too monotone.

I don't condone violence but here is one case where I hope you mean you "exploded his ass" not what I hope you may mean....

i hate the commercials for Subway - with Jared in them. uhhg! that guy bugs me so bad. i think its the way he swings his arms, and acts so smug. stupid jared stupid stupid jared

yea...i wish his fat grew back and he was like ohhhhh i'm fat and he was fired from subway...fat people don't deserve to feel the joys of being skinny

i saw this one today, it's the one where they have Tracy McGrady, Chris Webber etc go down to a street ball court (new york?) and tear shit up infront of the usual crowd that gathers to watch high caliber ball... then it shows them drinking mountain dew code red.... and then some pseudo thug voice comes on saying "a taste as real as the streets" or something very close to that... gayest thing i've seen in a long time... and we just had a Pride Parade...

- I don't know.. could be an hour, ten minutes..
His eyes are rolling - This is rediculous..
And then he starts honking, and as the camera moves further from his face you see him sitting in a Jetta still in a factory, people working on it.
"Can't wait to get your Jetta yet?"

Maybe it's cause I drive a Jetta and I looooooooove it
But it's cute nonetheless.

All Jetta commercials are hilarious...the one where the guy parks in front of a grocery is good too. He gets out of his Jetta, and walks away, all of the sudden you see a shopping cart heading for the car...and you hear footsteps running and panting...and just as the cart is about to hit the car the guy lunges from the side of the screen and tackles down the cart...LOL...thats fuckin hilarious.

the best commercial right now is the 7/11 commercial where two guys are in a car and it looks like the guy in the passengers seat is licking his own fingers but it turns out he's licking the driver's fingers....oh damn that commercial is hilarious.

i love the commercial for some new energy saving washing machine.

the guy is about to throw a sweatshirt in the wash and his wife says "what are you doing?" and he says "its dirty" and then she replies "both sides?" and at the end of the commercial you see him with the shirt on inside out and shes cutting the tag off.

Awesome commercial with Figo, Ronaldo, Davids, Roberto Carlos, Ronaldinho, Crespo, Mendieta, Thouram, Wiltord, Henry, Totty, Denilson, Nakata, Seoul, Saviola, Ljungberg, Lopez, Viera, Nistelrooy, Scholes, Luis Enrique and 3 more I cant remember all playing 3vs3 in a steel cage, simply the best commercial I have ever seen.

Oh and there is one with a Chinese girl when you see just her upper face and there are sounds like she is giving someone a blowjob, you know sucking noises and stuff, anyway its like 50 seconds and all of then sudden you see her sucking up a spageti nuddle from a huge bowl, that was so funny.

older nike commercial...

a boy starts out running and his motion mixes into another athlete's motion, and it keeps looping into different athletes who are doing their shit during the whole commercial. the best is the little baby that bounces into the bed and it goes right into the snowboarder.

i also love the song that is in the background...anyone know what it is???

I like the Smirnoff Ice commercial,where the two guys say they know Sergio. Then in the plane the guy is like let's go see Sergio and the two guys are like nah. Kills me everytime! Then there's this Bud(?)commercial where this guy comes home after years of partying. And it sounds like Safri Duo-Played A live(airscape) remix is the background music,but I could be wrong.

as far as creativity goes, i always loved the JAGUAR commercials...very sexy when it's like driving around inside some skyscraper with that cool mellow jungle beat as the music...

as far as humor i STILL crack up at that damn yahoo commercial when the dude is like on vacation fishing in knee deep water and this dolphin swims up to him and he's like, "EY!" and the dude looks shocked like OMG a DOLPHIN is talking to me...and the guy looks around and he's like, "umm ya?" and the dolphin is like, "where'd u hear about this place?" and the guy still looks totally puzzled and he's like, "uhh...yahoo.." and the dolphin is like, "oh.." and he starts to swim away and then the dude is like, "wh..wait! wait!" and the dolphin looks up at him like he's annoyed and he's like, "ya?" and the dude goes, "how did u learn how to TALK?" and the dolphin is like, "yahoo..." dont ask me why but i think that commercial is histerical and very creative. i always pay attention to commercials and rate them...hehe i should get into advertising i have great ideas for commercials.

also has anyone seen the new snapple commercials where they dress up the bottles like little people and they act out like little skits?? omg hahahaa too much....

hehe, that's quality, i loved those.
I loved that Jetta commercial where everything is in sync,
and the choon is SO GOOD, i still listen to it in the car whlie it's raining, but i have to make things go in sync by myself.

I also LOVED the Fosters commercial where theres a gorgeous girl and a guy at the bar waiting on their table for their first date. THen as they're called, she takes the can and smashes it on her forehead, and then says very lady-like "shall we"? And the Aussie voice over says "KEEPER!"

I actually met Jared last year at a mall in the south suburbs of Chicago. He was there doing some sort of appearence for Subway (there is the a Subway resteraunt in that food court). Seemed like a nice guy.

i love the yahoo comercial mentioned earlier and the jetta comercial where the guy runs into the house to show his wife the automatic windows....and the buy.com superbowl commercial where it just said buy.com on a black screen with no sound for like 30 seconds..very effective
