I recently got acquainted with Mango, its very awesome. I've had problems with getting at the correct ripeness from the supermarket. Sometimes half of it over ripens or it drys out and rots. Thia restaurants make a nice desert with sticky rice and ginger ice cream.

omg i want one right now! we have in general a really poor selection of fruit in norway. we only have ONE type of banana ffs! and the oranges, ewwww... it has none of the sweet/roundness that the oranges that you find in places like spain. argh..
