Is it normal that i almost hate my parents with 17???

DAMN IT!!!!!! AHHHHHHH I GET MAD HERE!!!!!!!
my mom always brawling even if i do just nothin, its cazed by nothonbg but she is ALWAYS mad with me, man i am 17 so its pretty normal that i have my own head and she always tolds me thing i don like so i don follow them AHRGHH! she even wants that i go and get myself a flat, however i don even have a well paid job, also pretty normal with 17 ey?

DAMN IT sometime i could just beat here... i only have a stepdad here and this guy also sucks now, i dunno why the relationchip changed so heayv between the fronts but i HATE THAT SHIT whats going on here now... maybe someone has the made the same expriences, maybe can someone give me a few tips...

Know exactly what youre saying. Do what i did. Get good grades, go to college at least 4 hours away from home. Works wonders.

I know EXACTLY how u feel m8 Iam also 17, I truly hate my parents, not that I want to but they really hate me too. I can sometimes not have a joke or a normal conversation with them for literally months. My mum just bitches on all the time. She will go out of her way when she's bored to find something to have a go at me about my dad just agrees with her. If you tell this to anyone they automatically presume that Iam just annnoyed because I've had an argument with them because of my age. Most teenagers don't get along with their parents but their parents still love them, I know mine don't. Im not gonna go into the details of what they do because it would take too long..anyway I've gotta start packing for hols

YES, it's normal to hate your parents

You wouldn't be a normal pubescent if you'd love them!!

It'll pass once you'll grow over puberty and start living your own life

Exactly. Going away for university would also make them miss you and you miss them, and you grow up. That's when the relationship gets better

i lived at home and i would aviod my parents at all cost. i would sleep when they were home get up when they would sleep. i live total opposite schedule than both of them.

it's called life, like me and my parents co-exist peacefully. i got free room and board, so i hafta put up with some shit. I hate my dad and love my mother, but see as i hit 20 (i'm 21 now)...i realized, it's not worth fighting with parents because it's a waste of my time, energy and the same for them. I'll go toe to toe with them when i think it is worth it. Within a few yrs...ima move out!

I can't stand my mother. It is to the point where I am gonna bash the bitch in the face with a shovel and then bury her in the back yard face down so when she regains consciences and try to dig her way out she is really digging a deeper grave. O well that's life.

When I wa mad at my parents I would say to them "I wish you were dead!" (in the end..my mum would laff at it btw )

Right now...even THINKING of losing my parents brings tears to my eyes!! that's how much I love them

I can relate with mom's ranting, cause I put up with that shit too. but she's only doing that because she's worried about you and your future...... she wants you to be succesful but she's afraid you would miss your chance (getting good grades in school)....
anywayz, try thinking about everything in a positive way. it'll all pass when you pass puberty........

I'm 17 too and my dad is a prick to me almost all the time. Lately it's been non-stop fighting between us. He always complains that i'm not responsible but yet he doesn't let me have any responsibility of my own. Another thing he does is he REPEATS HIMSELF. He repeats the same things over and over to me and gives me the same lectures like i'm friggin retarded.

Me and my mother get along just fine... it's just my god damn dad. He's psycho, seriously.

we all have our times with our parents...lols its true we all do, but what would life be without them? some of us are unfortunate to have guidance. i still have both of my parents and im grateful that they are there. yea and times we do fight but as long as they are here, I might as well appreciate them for all the love they have given to me.

coolness..keke sorry for my uneducatedness, although i do fancy the fact of spending a good amount of time somewhere in Europe. Since I havent left USA to party I guess my first choice would be somewhere where the music is good and the quality of life isnt so important like here in the states...up until then ta~ta~
