I overheard a good business idea at lunch...
Tell me how I can steal it!
I was eating some good food and there was a guy and his attorney next to me. They were planning out a patent or trademark on this idea. I heard the idea and i want to legally steal it before it is illegal to do so. It's a business idea involving technology and it could be cool
I also tipped very well.
No, it is not gravitational computations on flight simulators!!!!!
So tell me how to legally steal it and i will cut you in.
By next to you you mean like the next table over and you overheard the conversation or they were with you and you actually know these people?
Anyway, i think the only thing you really need to do to steal it is patent it first. If it was such a damn good idea you should be on the phone with your lawyer right now telling him to get the proper papers in order.
Just patent it before they do and claim you came up with the idea on your own.

What's the idea?
Come up with your own idea?
PM me the idea and I'll patent it for you
legalzoom.com
set up that patent now son (and cheaper than using a bloodsucking lawyer)!

why not a train that turns into a shuttle? and perhaps a large robot man as well.

BTW that wasn't my original idea.. but other than the theme parkness of it.. I think it'd work
Its a little like the new electromagnetic cannons replacing the steam cannons. The difference it the electro magnet guidance system to bring it back on target - like a garbage dump magnet crane of sorts but directional
(of course you prolly don't want loose change in the path....)
The benefit in here is in dense urban areas, there are no areas to put in new rails... so why not just avoid the ground completely...?

Jets use a lot more energy than a rail because gravity makes it more difficult to raise the vehcile. However here is the thing.... what you do is have the ground based electro magnet.. and you have a conveyor system that builds torque with counter wieghts to the transport. When sufficient speed is built the counterweights drop... each counerweight represents about 100KG so for a passenger load of 30 people itd be about 3000KG... but what you do is balance this so that when the counter weights are dropped the Lighter than Air gas propells the shuttle upward.. The navagation system will move rudders to steer it to the destination over traffic. Meanwhile the guidance electro magnet locks onto the vehcile to secure it for a safe landing on the landing rail. There ya go I don't see the benefit of the robot man but building robot legs onto it so it can pick itself up off the rail and walk off the track for whatever reason would just rely on some pretty good hydraulic supports. Neat marketing gimmick though. |
The more I think about the more I don't think it can be trademarked or patented.
Paypal me 20 bux and I will tell u the idea!!!
swindled

When you pitch the idea to your investors make sure to lighten the mood with a video presentation

LOL
that was brilliant
