Woohoo! My favorite subject! I'm a bit of a picture disc collector!
Ok, the Lazard track is on picture disc in the original and DJs @ Work Remix (PULTRANCE001), the Gary D / Uberdruck / Arne L / Crow remixes are on regular black (PULTRANCE001-R).
The original release of Icarus (DRIZZ2010-62) was on black, but with an oversized label as all Drizzy releases. The clear blue vinyl was "The Dark Blue Series" on Block Busters:
Flutlicht: The Dark Blue Series (Block Busters Germany) - Euro Trance
12": Icarus (The Flight), Mutterkorn, Ahmea, Das Siegel (BLOCK2006)
Why don't more exist?
The reason there aren't more is because a) they cost more to make and therefore will cost more to buy, and b) they wear out faster.
The reason vinyls are black is because the main substance that gives the hardness is black. Coloured vinyl and picture discs lacks this substance (I forget what it is) and therfore they wear out sooner, so can't be played as much before the sound deteriorates.
The ones I have are:

DVS, that's my folk's bed. I don't have enough space in my room to lay them out. I can't move in mine for vinyls!

I got Finger's Burnt - FOr a Devil last week, and its a red vinyl.
Looks like a red liquorice pancake
I have only one:
