indeed, I guess if you follow the lamb/hoggit/mutton analagy, it's going to be a stronger tasting meat that is much tougher so needs to be prepared better, but obviously without cooking it as Stu asks here. Nah.

Anyway, raw no. In a horseburger? Only done it about a million times so far. On weekends at 5 am, the only line that longer than the kebab line is the line in front of the horseburger kiosk. Horses...delicious.

Horse meat is really good. Eating it raw seems like kind of a waste, but it would be better than nothing...
