This is the product of them not knowing what the fuck to come up with next. Out of ideas. Failure.

How so? If anything it's not misogynistic, it portrays the woman as the one who makes the decision and as the stronger sex when it comes to sex. They make a point in saying that they're thankful for being allowed to have sex. Doesn't sound terribly misogynistic to me. It's just a fun, albeit slightly stupid, song.
i guess someone hasnt gotten any in a while

wrong. but it is the gf's time of the month.
the video comes across more as a victory dance than gratitude. the role that women have in the video shows them as little more than a necessary accessory for said 'victory'.
the whole idea of sex and especially orgasm as a sort of victory or even something that you should thank someone for is just fucked up to me.

Actually, it does sound like they're grateful and whatnot. If anything, they self-depreciate themselves throughout the whole song
I like it because there's some truth to it if you're a teenager and expect everyone to think the way you do: would you ever had sex with a guy? No. Would you expect girls to have sex with guys? Of course not, because that'd be totally gay! That's the humorous twist!

Pretty sure that fits in well with the image of immaturity they were going for.
Not the funniest they've done, but they have a great track record, and to expect 100% hits is unrealistic.
