Good Techno Albums Recommendation
As title suggests..
You'll probably get tons of 4x4 suggestions, so here are some that are not:
The Black Dog - Spanners
First serious BD album with unique British touch on Detroit techno.
John Beltran - Ten Days Of Blue
Awfully expensive these days, but worth having because there's no better summery techno album out there.
Monolake - Cinemascope
One of the kind piece of work carried out with acute precision and attention to details.
Plastikman - Musik
Exploration of minimalistic and acidic post-techno grooves.
Speedy J - G Spot
Another atmospheric and highly personal take on futuristic Detroit vibes.
Some really obvious ones (last five years):
Trentemoller - The Last Resort
Redshape - The Dance Paradox
Sandwell District - Feed Forward
Echospace - The Coldest Season
Echospace - Liumin
Shed - Shedding The Past
Carl Craig (The Album Formerly Known As..., More Songs About Food And Revolutionary Arts)
Joris Voorn (Future History, From A Deep Place)
Vince Watson (Biologique, Sublimina, Moments In Time, Echoes From The Future - View To The Past, The eMotion Sequence)
Aril Brikha (Deeparture In Time, Ex Machina)
Funk D'Void (Technoir, Dos, Volume Freak)
Not all pure techno but still the side of techno that appeals to me the most.
For something completely different you could try Westbam - We'll Never Stop Living This Way.

I'm way interested solely based on the album artwork.
I enjoyed Marcel Dettmanns album, called Dettmann

Deadbeat - Roots And Wire
Donato Dozzy - K
The Black Dog - Radio Scarecrow
The Black Dog - Further Vexations

Peter Vriends & Quadripart Project - Emotional Travelogue (1994, progressive-sounding)

For my recommendations I would like to mostly stay with classic Techno from Detroit.
