that first chimney it's in cunstruction right now.. but i cant' find much info about it..
does anyone know what it will be used for by any chance? why do they want it.. any info you have on it can you plzz fill me in? i got realy curious about it with it's hieght..

Yes right here in Oz (Mildura VIC to be exact), they're going to build a solar power plant that is 1 kilometre tall and 4km diametre at the base. That's nearly twice the height of the world trade centre buildings...

I don't think contrustruction has actually started yet, but here's a couple of links with more info since u asked

BTW, that link won't actually take you straight to the building. Click here and change type to "*all", then click "get diagram" and you'll notice that there's a building that towers over every other one in the world.

Look closer at the bottom, you'll see it says "destroyed."

I don't see a problem with them being there - the towers were an architectural and engineering marvel in spite of what happened, and that's what the aim of the site is.

Regardless, why should we write such a significant event out of history?
