Burning out
I almost just burnt myself out. This has been my schedule since I got home from Europe in September.
5:30 am wake up
6:30 am start work at condo (skilled trade)
*tape economic definitions to my ladder so I can study while I work*
9:00 am Break at work (go to car call Lawyers, Home Inspectors, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage brokers in order to synchronize whatever real estate deal I have going on)
9:15 am back to work on condo studying off a ladder
12:00 pm Lunch (answer text messages and make phone calls pertaining to real estate deals)
12:30 Back to work
4:00 pm Work Ends
4:15 get home and Ice knee
4:30 Go to Library to study
7:00 depending on day go to lecture at University or go to Real Estate Office
10:00 return home make dinner and make lunch
10:30-12 study
12 bed
Weekends a mixture of studying, Open Houses, Showing Homes, filling out paperwork and school assignments and projects.
So basically I have been working 2 full time jobs, one in a skilled trade running a Jobsite for this 5 storey condo and the other one as a Real Estate Agent (put together 2 deals since Sept). Then I am in University part time finishing a Bachelors of Business in Marketing, trying to get a real estate MBA later on. Add that to trying to maintain a social life and sleep and you can consider me a fuckin Jedi.
I`m on the verge of burning out and almost had a nervous break down today. I`ve been catching myself talking to myself cussing out random shit. I have decided to drop a class before i am consumed with the stress.
I havent been in the gymn in months (starting to show), I don`t even have time to call certain girls who get pissed if I dont call.
Has anyone hear ever burnt out, I`ve heard of people burning out but never seen it
Pulling 24-hour guard duty every another day close at the DMZ in South Korea for a month-long exercise had my unit looking like zombies. Hallucinations, cold sweats, being so tired you can't sleep, irritability with one another, etc. Fun times, but that's about as close to "burnt out" that I've ever felt.
Props for still doing the school thing, especially economics. I hate that shit.

Monday Thru Thursday
7:30am-4pm(Engineering daily job)
somedays my 2nd or 3rd job will be planned after the main job at night until 10pm.
Friday:
7:30am-4pm(Engineering daily job)
5pm to 10pm(2nd job-Valet)
11pm-5am(going out-Club)
Saturday:
9am-3pm.(3rd job-Architect/CAD)
5pm to 10pm(2nd-Second Job-Valet)
11pm-2am(going out-Club)
Sunday
12pm to 10pm(2nd Job-Valet)
sometimes there is less going out and more sleep involved.
Then repeat
PS. Getting married so I have to cut the valet out or trim it down by this summer. Losing than green ughhh.
Why the heck would you work three jobs?
Because I make 65K with one plus full benefits and pension. The other one is 10K in my bank every deal, which takes care of my vacations and trips when I want to travel or buy new shit or just save to use as capital for another business venture.
Well the answer seems clear if things are getting too intense, chill out?
