alrite guys.. i figured i'd start this thread to maybe cool things off around here..

i don't know if it's just me, but it seems that there's been a lotta bickering going on this board lately between different TA's.. (I won't mention any names).

Anyways, first off I just want to appologize to anyone who was offended by my POLL post about Swamper and TranceArmada being in their argument. I meant it humourously as I noted in the opening post, but obviously some people didn't see it that way. (Mecha check ur PM). ANyhow, so yea obviously not everyone here sees things in the same light and takes sarcasm differently. And on that note, I think I'm gonna wind things down for now and just hope that none of you think I'm worth going after because of something so stupid..

And maybe for next time, if you or anyone else has an issue to deal with another TA, perhaps it's better to do it in private instead of openly flamming one another in public which just causes a more unpleasant atmosphere for everyone else here. I've noticed that a lot of people have been posting stupid comments without thinking before they type and I myself probably am to blame for it as well seeing as how some of you people got offended by the POLL thread I mentioned above.

In too many threads I've noticed someone saying something like.. "who's going to see such and such DJ next weekend" only to have some smartass post something stupid dissing the whole idea or DJ spinning in general. I mean it's stuff like that which is annoying and unpleasant for the whole TA community. Anyways, I know I'm just referring to one incident here but it's more than that when you look at it. I think a lot of us are losing the respect for one another on this board and I don't think that's the way Trance music lovers should really be treating each other.

So that being said I hope we can all chill for a bit and start spreading a better vibe around here instead of all this hostility..

but seriously, like galvatron said, the mood here has changed. when i origionaly registered about a year ago it was totally different. i dunno what happened. maybe we're all getting jaded or something. but its always nice to come post here in this forum with familiar names. i dunno, still feels like home.

dude! the argument that I did have with people was between me and those people only! In my opinion I had a valid point and it was not just some mindless argument! At least to me it does not seem that way! It did not involve you and no one asked you to get involved! And figting is only a natural thing in human nature! I don't understand how your prediction of Tiesto's set @ Area 2 has any merit to compare it to whatever you are trying to compare it to!

and SOS2/Galvatron is juss saying how ppl on this board can get all worked up and heated just for something like how they disagree on stylez of music.. personally, i just don't think it's worth arguing over. I totally agree FLEC, and thats how I feel aswell. I would NEVER attend a party with Tiesto anymore. I use to think Tiesto was a leader, but just like every TOP trance DJ that makes it big ... they will become SELL OUTS. They NEVER stick to their roots and the thing that pisses me off the most ... Tiesto spun at a private party for the LOFTERs.
