HappyHappy Your favourite foreign food?

Sushi is number one in a class of it's own, but I would have to go with Thai. Second runner up: Mexican.

I'm hungry.

Mmmm I love Thai food. Tom Yum soup, Pad Thai, Red/Yellow/Green Curries... mmmmmmm.

I love Americanized Chinese food too, no matter how unlike real chinese food it is.

Haha, so true.

Can anyone tell me if Kimchi is worth trying?

Posted by Silky Johnson on Jun-27-2013 17:57:

I can't believe I've never had it, either! It LOOKS like it's worth trying.

absolutely, it's delicious and fairly healthy provided you like spicy.

katsu don is the shit i could live on japanese food, also a fan of tonkatsu although it's the same range same idea and i prefer ponzo over soy when cooking

I'm English, so obviously Indian.

There is a Japanese restaurant here that has been for at least 20, maybe 25 years. I swear it's been as long as I can remember. Anyway, went there for the first time last week and just ordered sushi - but I will definitely go back and get more adventurous.

Best gyoza I've ever had though, that's for sure. Fried in tempura!!

Kimchi is amazing, along with most Korean food. Kimchi Jjigae is a great soup/stew to try.

Mmmm Ethiopian is great. There is a place here in town that has a great selection.
