Best party in Toronto so far this year

What was your favourite Toronto party so far in 2002?

For me it would be Marco V at Viva. I'll never forget how crazy it got when he played Mauro Picotto - Back to Cali(Push remix)

UPDATE
After attending Mauro Picotto at System sound bar on Oct 4th, 2002 I would have to say that that party was better

My favorite party this year was Soundclash 3, best experience at a party this year: Armin @ Guv in June. Best live set this year: Armin @ Labour of Love.

It's a toss up between Max Graham New Years Eve (technically it was 2002 when he came on) and Deep Dish at the Kool Haus last winter. Amazing parties they were!

Favorite party this year for me has been Ferry Corsten at Guvernment in February, where he dropped a killer set and then took turns spining with Mark Oliver. That night will go down in history as one of the greatest!

Sander K - Koolhaus March 15th (totally tore the place apart, especially dropping art of noise's yebo and highland - no way out)
Sander K - Guv August 24th (ripped the house apart)..plus got him to sign my nubreed 4 cd.....got him to tell me that his new gu comp is out early 2003) plus he dropped his remix of empires. plus it was free and free deoderant.
Sasha and Digweed - Delta Heavy
-Especially when sasha dropped janiero (holden remix) and everyone reached for the sky
Steve Lawler @ Koolhaus June 14th
-Dirty Nasty Tribal....nuff said

And my prediction is the roof will be torn apart and shattered on the koolhaus on oct19th because sasha comes into town. I predict he will drop xpander and the crowd will be shattered.

Well this thread is titled "Best Party" and not necessarily the best set.

I did not make it to the S&D party at Kool Haus, and i'm pretty sure it was off the hook. However, the best overall party that I've experienced this year was non other than:

Johan Gielen at VIVA.

I have only been to 3 other parties where the place was completely on fire like that:

PVD at Kool Haus 2001
Mauro Picotto at Guv 2001
PVD at Guv 2001

I mean everyone was jumping at the same time all night; it was simply nutz.

haven't heard a great set as that is like forever..
the crowd was so into the set with a wickid vibe..
set wasn't cheese at all..

and most of all.. TA's in full force representin!
