Rollerball - Albinoni (How massive is this?!?!?!?!)
Unbelievable.I'm totally blown away.This is one of the most uplifting tunes I've ever heard,hell,it even blows classics like Veracocha off the field.The two ppl from Above & Beyond have created a gigantic,melodic storm of a tune,with beautiful classical influences shining through in the breakdown,a driving bassline and a massive build-up.I'm running out of adjectives here...what a tune!
Post all info on release dates and other things here...I need this tune!!

Yes, yes, I've just heard this and I must say.. its taken Carrera 2's place as my favorite track of the year! This track is beautiful!
PS. It reminds me of Barber's Adagio For Strings (Ferry Corsten Remix) 
yup, this tune is huge!
Trance is gonna be finishing off the year in true style.

Very massive.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to get any info on this one yet, but I'll keep trying for sure.
This is a HUGE track. Better than FC's remix of Barber's Adagio IMO. The breakdown is beautiful. The buildup is beautiful. Everything about this track screams 'classic'. Look for a February 2003 release.
I wish I could find a rip that didnt have so many goddamn pops and hisses so I could make a good review.
Albinoni = Ligaya killer IMO
this song is everyhting ligaya isnt. it sounds like ligaya on ecstacy. the structure is the same with the classical breakdown, but albinoni has everything magnified by 10x. this is what ligaya shouldve sounded like. tisk tisk ferry. above and beyond are on fire!!!! best tune ive heard since adagio for strings (ferry corsten remix). if it gets released before the end of the year it wins hands down tune of the year.

A nice tune, albeit way too similar to Ligaya, so kudos goes to Ferry not A&B because this is clearly a wannabe Ligaya. I prefer Ligaya over this, the buildup is much better as is the melody.
This, however, does not touch Adagio For Strings or Verachocha, those tracks are in a league of their own, untouchable.

Iam speachless, I had tears in my eyes when I heard it, and goooosebumps all over, I havent felt this way for a looooong time now.
^^^^^ I wish I could show my emptions better but thats the best I can do.
if anyone wanst this masterpiece, I have the radio rip version on DC Hub!!

Does anyone know if this a remake of the Albinoni Adagio from the original Rollerball soundtrack?
there's also a different version of Tomaso Albioni - Adagio In G Minor, similar to Rollerball - Albinoni released a year ago..that is SNB (or S.N.B or whatever) titled Absolute Red..but the Rollerball has more energy in it..

This time ill be the first one to not totally explode about this track....its nothing new to me? This is "Adagio for strings" a couple of years later for me... It uses the same typ of sound, a classical peace totally ripped of and they put some cool sounds on.
YES its very nice done, im not questioning their skills.. Its a very good track indeed, but its nothing new, not a new sound, not even a new melody. Just another good track from one of my favrourit producers if u ask me

I'm not a very big Above and Beyond fan, but this track is impressive.
Definately not my track of the year, but i'm anticipating the release.
(Push vs. Globe - Tranceformation ownz it for example.)
I think the beginning of the strings on the breakdown is gay, and the breakdown in general is gay they should have used their upliting pads from "Beautiful" instead, Barbers Adagio is much better imo, still a nice tune though.

it could have been better..
ok the melody is great (copyright albinoni..who died)
but the synth-saw could have been lot more uplifting.
