Awesome party. Finally nice to meet all the TA people.
Talla dropped some awesome tracks... Mind blowing night...

Great party. 8/10 (<-sorry was sober!) Talla was amazing! 15/10
Got to meet loads of kewl peeps, many TAs. I've seen all TAs for the first time with the exception of Bill. Me was zi guy in black shirt+pants+bandana. Will post more later on.

Just got back home to Waterloo... Pretty good party.. Talla played a very "anthemic" set, too similar to his trance energy set.. Not that I'm complaining - I had awesome time !
Will write a better review when I recover somewhat and get some sleep...

I thught that Talla's track selection was so old, his mixing was horrible, perhaps the vibe and crowd energy was presented.
It was nice to see at least 30 TA in there, too many ppl to remember their names.
Who ever idea of having red light text things that said: "Fuck Digweed?" was the most pathetic thing, grow up kids and realize that progressive is taking over, you guys make sick by doing these, if u do not like a DJ you do not bash him in public like these, that is amateur and redicoulous.
overall 2/10 for Talla

anyways, that was a great party! i wasnt gonna go but Firestarter, and mot1on convinced me to go. thanks guys, im really glad you did. The music to me was insane, the crowd was bumpin, this is my best party yet.
this was my first time @ viva so next time i have to remember to bring some sunglasses so my retna doesnt get burned out, and bring some glowsticks so i dont have to pay $8!!!
i met some very friendly people last night, and again im really glad i came. i didnt know ANYONE and people like RJ, sonny, and ken, and the guy who took his cousin (i cant remember his name). you guys made me feel so welcome
the people i saw there was tatgirl, RJ (whats your screen name?), firestarter (whats your name again?), sonny (whats your screen name), mot1on, DJ Hordash, and many others who i dont know there screen names, or names :P

p.s. if you are wondering who i am, i was the tall white guy wearing a black sweater with the REALLY bright glowsticks.
oh btw, I didn't get a chance to meet too many TAs, but I was the guy wearing the black ESDJCO t-shirt, with the white japanese baseball jersey over top

first off, i just wanna thank all the TA massive for coming out last nite and showing their utmost suppport. i think we must have set a world record in TA attendance at that party! unbelieveable, we were totally there in full force no doubt..
anyways, first off the night didn't start off too good for me as i was supposed to go pick up my bro from his SEMI, but the little twirp got carried away having too much fun that he forgot to call home to tell me that he had a ride back.. so i ended up getting to Viva late and having to pay the $25 cover.. and also missed the meetup..
so.. i bumped into Hordash and some of the TA crew while in line and we eventually got in. once inside the vibe was completely unbelieveable. i was astonished to see how many TA's were out in full force.. just to name a couple off the top of my head (pls. correct me or add to this list if i met you but didn't write ur name down! there were just too many ppl!)

...a whole bunch of TA newbies (like 15 of you or so.. props!) whom i don't remember names for.. sorry guys! but glad to see u all coming out and hopefully to many more!

So wells all in all here was the night:
The Good:
- Talla played a phenominal set (with some hickups which i'll get into later), dropped a lotta amazing tracks, much more anthems than i thought he would, but then again the Viva crowd is more of the uplifting epic type.. but he did give us a good dosage of some techno, and tech-trance tracks in and out of the set. the anthems he picked to drop were more than suitable for the mood tho.. he definately tried to read the crowd..
- The club.. wells they definately put up a lotta X-Mas decorations to liven up the place. as usual the system was phenominal, light and sound wise. funny almost every time i go in there the place is just constantly changing..
- The ROOM.. it wasn't a ram packed house , but there were enuff ppl there to really rev that place up and there was plenty of room to move, dance, and talk! and oh yea .. BREATHE
- The women .. wells, heh i gotta admit that i enjoyed myself (as did Hordash's friend Alex ) on the eyecandies.. i guess that's easier for me since i'm Asian and kinda dig asian chicks.. (sorry Mecha)
but hey i honestly thought that there was a pretty nice blend of different kinds of women last nite.. and usually if u see a non-Asian girl there she usually looks pretty damn hot too .. 
(ie. no hootchies or ginas)
- The TA crew.. omg, what more can i say .. having that many TA's out and being able to party it up with everyone in full force.. i mean u can't ask for more.
- Liteshowing with Nikish and mot1on..
- The VIBE... out of this world.. there was just so much energy last nite, the crowd was intelligent to the music and allowed Talla to move them. I've never seen that kinda crowd behaviour ever at Guv.. clappin and singing to the beat.. just UNREAL. reminded me of being in some other country! Everyone knew when a breakdown was coming or a hardbeat.. it was just right. and the place went insane..!
- The best part of the night was being able to actually promote TranceAddict to some of the other partiers.. we were chanting.. and some ppl were actually like .. "What's TA??" .. and wells, now u can expect them on the site after what they heard..
The Bad:
- Getting there so late and having to pay a $25 cover.. ah wells it was worth it what can i say ..
- Not getting a chance to make the pre-party meetup or remember everyone's name in the club and welcome the newer TA's.. sorry there were just too many ppl.. we definately need to meetup in a more intimate atmosphere some time where we can all actually talk ..
- Talla messing up on like one or two tracks.. most of the set was pretty flawless.. but one noticeable hickup was that mix out from Jan Johnson - FLesh .. wtf ?!
- totally DESTROYING my body and feet from Talla's relentlessness.. i shoould have taken some chill breaks throughout the nite.. i might have been able to go longer if i had chilled near the side in and out..
- not gettin enuff sleep the night before!
The UGLY:
- That fucking deranged fat white dood with the red baseball cap ! WTF man, the dood was totally stoned or gone and was walking around cursing at everyone. even got up onto the gogodancers' podium not allowing her to dance and started rubbing himself.. fucking nasty! at one point he kept calling at Talla near the decks to give him his cap.. serious that guy should have been bounced early!!
- playing news and basketball game highlights on the screens instead of the DJ spinnin ?!? wtf?!
- These 2 Asian guys trying to hit on these chill 3 girls (the right kinds for TA) that were dancing near us, eventually harassing them and gettin their own girlpal who was probably cracked out and high too to wipe their faces (the 3 girls) with somekinda white cloth ?? yea .. definately some cracked out and trippy stuff.. i'm glad to say that i saw the guys get bounced sometime later into the night..
- Talla NOT leaving the club through the crowd at the end of his set.. we were gonna try to get a group photo of him in with all the TA's, but i guess that fat white dood must have ticked him off or something!!
So basically to sum it all up .. in the end, i had FUN. tons of fun and no matter how good the DJ or the club , (or even not so good sometimes as well), the important thing is that the TA"s all came out last nite to support and that i could not ask for more. Being able to party it up with some great people will always make the difference. I"m sure Digweed played a good set and all that , as they say in his review thread.. but in the end being there with the whole TA massive just did it for me. When i see it, it's always about the VIBE and how much fun you had at the end of the night... this party was immeasureable .. and i'm glad to say that i think some of you guys out there just got a slight (hint) of how the vibe used to feel back in the day here ...

This night was amazing! As soon as I get in line, me + my buddy meet 8 ppl right away, most of them Russian. I froze my ass off outside (didn't want to pay for the coat ) but all was well . For me( I got there late) Talla's set was VERY pumping, I really loved how he played with the crowed!
Got to meet some TAs. Durafei and his buddies (the Russians were in full force that night ). As I was going crazy to the music I stepped on some guys' foot a couple of times, it turned out to be hardcore trancer, nice to meet you man! Also met Stylez, its nice seeing ppl going crazy to some good music . Endlesswave, I think I also chatted w/ you for a bit, but I forgot to introduce myself, I was the guy in the orange/yellow shirt . Remember seeing trancearmada who didn't look too happy @ all

But overall very good night, just too bad I had to leave early since my friend was sick

another con is there were alot of cracked out e-tards who kept coming up to me and trying to hug me and shit. there was this one asian kid in a white sweater who was getting up in people's faces and doing some wierd dance, staring at people with his eyes rolled back and tears coming out of his eyes.

well it was a weird night for me. one thing for sure is that I won't go see Talla again, ever!
I loved seeing all the TA's out represnting. Although the vibe in the club was pissing me off. I had all kinds of people fucking doped out on God knows what trying to dance and almost passing out and constantly falling back on to me. Than later some moron hit me with the glowstick twice so i pushed him back as hard as I could.
Talla 2XLC = Tech-Trance
now that's bullshit. that was not techtrance. that was more like: let me fuck around with what ever the hell I want. Let me through in some trance, really cheesy epic shit, some hard trance and some techno as well. there that's what Talla sounded like.
It was a Trance Enrgy set copied almost exactly plus shit loads of anthems and cheese epic.
On the other hand about half the of the harder tracks he played I actually have on vinyl. So for me it was like I paid $20 bucks and listen to the same track I could have put in a better set at home. and that was kind of stupid of me to even expect for me anything out of him. I was expecting for him to play a fresh set, with new banging tunes. No cheesy stuff.... + the mixing for God awful for the most part, no offence but I could mix those tracks better than him......

that's cause for the most part the rest of the tracklist is full of crappy chedar tunes that I would not even know names too...
and just to make the record clear ask me, Stylez, Eso or Mecha, we will all tell you that he fucked up more than 6-7 times. I even remember how Eso was telling me, how in his opinion Armin can even school Talla. 
And that digweed thing..... don't even get me started on it....
well and for my final thought: Talla played a variety of stuff, he fucked up quiet a lot and played a humongous about of old tracks.
My only highlight of the night was DJ Looney Tune - Workstation (Mike's Energized Remix) and that was just cause it's an old Bonzai classics, way back from 1995, remixed!
Tracks: 5/10
Mixxing: 4/10
Vibe: 4/10 - but only because TA's were there and there were a few nice girls around
oh and just one last thing to say, he could not get me dancing at all, I sure as hell tried though
