so i saw this on the arc board:

tiesto vs Danny T jan 18th.

not confirmed or anything, but this is a really strange booking. any additional information that ppl have would be appreciated.

idk - this seems odd cause it is on a saturday and DT noramally does fridays at arc. it'll probably be $30 or $25 if it isn't a rumour.

This isnt the only place Ive heard Tiesto and DT might be hooking up for Arc that night. I have also heard rumors that DT might not do "Be Yourself" Fridays at Arc anymore, but talk is cheap and time will tell.

True, but the lighting at arc sucks. I would rather hear him back at Roxy.

yeah the thing that bothers me the most about the lighting is that it rattles a lot and you can hear it when the sound is low.

i don't really care if tiesto spins at arc or roxy - i like arc better but tiesto doesn't really belong there.

Excactly. I don't think trance belongs at arc at all. It's just not the right atmosphere.

yeah but really i can see how PVD is a good fit for arc but not tiesto. tiesto is almost too mainstream. it would be like having oakey there. just the wrong crowd. even though it seems that everybody loves PVD at least he still draws a decent crowd.
