It sounds quality lads!

Fingers crossed the record labels like ti too

Posted by Djeebie on Dec-13-2002 19:40:

Damn!!! What more can I say? QUALITY AND ENERGY Ready for the clubs I would say

(BTW it did remind me of Airwave vs. Rising Star - Sunspot and it's kinda Airwave style, but that's a compliment )

Posted by gibbo on Dec-13-2002 20:04:

This is my favourite tune thats been produced by someone on tranceaddict ever it has so much energy the buildup is great and it sounds nice and professional.

Posted by Mod1 on Dec-13-2002 20:14:

agreed!! pretty wicked stuff dudes!! i like it! head and shoulders over any other posts ive heard. is that a jp8000 doing the leads?

only other comment is why did it take you so long?

Posted by Luke Terry on Dec-13-2002 20:45:

Cool

thanks for all the feedback so far, keep it pouring in

it took so long coz we want it perfect, and we still don't think it's perfect, but i know there are some ppl who have wanted to hear it for quite a while and that we needed some feedback on it so we know what to change/improve

hey luke and chriss!
i`ve been waiting for this track, u know it
i reallly dig the "beginning" synth.. with the piano in the background! nice melody is has also!
nice strings.. and a monster main synth ! it gets a bit boring tho.. still the same.. but that can be just me, coz i tend 2 find things boring very quick

very nice job! i`m l00kin` forward 2 ur album

keep up the good work both of ya!

grtz,

dj mantis

Thumbs up

Excellent track!

I have some constructive critisism:
way too much reverb on the bassline. Reverb is not really needed on basslines IMO. Same with the clap, the decay on the reverb is too long. It could use some more percussion and fx.
Other than that, it's a good tune, 3:45 is really nice. Synths sound a little bit fruity, but I think you have gotten what you can out of it.

Keep working on it, and keep it up

Posted by mantisnl on Dec-14-2002 00:20:

well, luke asked me, and i`m gonna remix this track! oh yeh luke and chris, i`m thinking of making an chillout remix also, if u don`t mind? i`ve allready came up with some nice ideas and already a little preview the chillout one, catch up with me on msn

Posted by JJ-T1 on Dec-14-2002 00:53:

Sorry- but if you dont mind this is getting burned on a cd right now to be played at the club tonight. Ill let you know how it goes and the reaction.

Wow that is really great guys. Quality!

I love it.

Posted by Mr.Mystery on Dec-14-2002 09:31:

Do you mind if I remix this one as well?

Seeing as I've been lazy and still haven't sent you the CD of Sunset Horizon I could then send you both...

Posted by UWM on Dec-14-2002 09:46:

** EDIT

One of my friends posted that, not me.

I like this though.

Posted by trancedfarmer on Dec-14-2002 10:28:

WoW! that reverb is the one that S.H.O.K.K. uses

its tight as fuck!! what a tune.... hmmm... this is pro quality... the bassline sounds like a system F bassline.... nice track- thanks for sharing!

Posted by arj1o1 on Dec-14-2002 10:44:

this is good shit, is it gonna be released have you tlaked to record ccompanies already?

Posted by TOR on Dec-14-2002 11:36:

wow, this is massive!

great track, but as said before, too much reverb on the bassline..

Posted by Dave_Masters on Dec-14-2002 11:48:

Melody is really good.

The kick could be a little harder and louder.

As said earlier there is too much reverb on the bass

PVD? I dont think this is his style at all.

I dont really like that piano, sounds like some oriental thingy.

Its a good track and has potential

Posted by tu_face on Dec-14-2002 13:10:

[claps]

well done luke & chris, this is a quality track, but there is still room for improvement

as has already been said, the decay on the clap is muchos too long, it kinda rides all over the beat too much

that tinkly piano job comes in a bit too early for my liking

perhaps the main riff goes on a wee bit too much also?

another lil niggle, there seems to be a lot of clipping. everything would sound better without that

other than that, awesome track and if it needs to be put to a specific style.. PvD??? pffft, he dont make stuff that good. this is more like an FC production i think

Luuk + Nik: Feel free to remix, the more the better, we already have a stunning one off Wim aswell I'll send u the midi later Nik

About the bass - there is no reverb on it :| lol I guess it must be the fruity output, but there is some on the clap which can be fixed, any ideas of how to remove reverb that aint there any1 ????

Thanks To U all 4 your comments so far

Luke
