Well... I was just wonder how many of the TA's work out regularly (or at least semi-regularly
)... I mean I work out everyday except the days that I go to clubs (but I suppose dancing is quite the workout)... I don't really hit the weights hardcore or anything, but I just do push ups and sit ups to get in shape (lost 15 pounds in the past month WOO HOO!).. Ah well... just wondering if anyone else in TA land worked out..... Let me know
yup i work out quite regularly actually. i have weights and and a machine in the basement that i use. 
I try to work out everyday....
Now that summers here I do alot of mountain biking, but still like to go to the gym and lift wieghts...
does drinking beer count?
i mean you are working your arm muscles

i love working out, i lift 3 times a week and i try and do cardio a few times a week. its fun and i can totally tell a difference since january when i started.

yea... i usually work out my arms and do pushups and situps every day... workin wonders haha

dont work out that much but i love rollerblading in the spring/summer.
Yea I Do and have done alot in the past , I started bodybuilding when I was 15 and have been doing it for 10 years . I haven`t done any Traning in the past 6 months because I decided to have a break and I only went back to the Jim 2 days ago , so I am pretty sore at the moment

I try to work out every day,except on sundays,too tired of the nite before
,just the feeling you get when you leave the gym,is priceless,I feel so *fucking good then,and I met a lot of nice peepz there,so don't think I will be quiting soon,and I even got to put up some cd's

I have recently started working out again. I am taking muscle toner as well...so hopefully I can get big!

i'm very proud of myself cuz I do 150 situps every morning, and also some other bbb(Dutch abbreviation for abs, legs and buns) and arm exercises! woohooo! me = tough girl

uhhhh i used to run track when i was 15(5yrs ago)
i take advantage of the fact im skinny and for some unknown reason i have muscle.. but when i do work out i love it.. i love lifting weights.. but im lazy so that doesnt happen very often. peace!
