Sandra Collins.. last min no show, Guv dry ?

I recently came across some news on another forum indicating that Sandra Collins last appearance at Guv was a no show and despite her not coming, the club still charged the extra special event cover at the door and only told patrons at the last minute about the cancellation ..

can anyone confirm or deny this .. ? if it is confirmed, that's gotta be pretty dry !

Guv tends to rip people off including myself. One time i bought a wrist band to go from kool haus to guv after Sasha. Once i bought the wrist band i turned around to get my buddy and when i got back they wouldnt let me through.

That was pretty tight

Oliver didn't spin much trance though I though he'd compensate for that other crackhead�s last minute cancellation but he didn�t really. He dropped decent beats, pretty mellow though

The good news is that shirtless gino parades have been halted @ the Guv, the security was on top of the game as they allowed nobody to walk around shirtless

Showing off hard work??? haha What the fuck is this, an exhibition. We are there for the (1) music, (2) friends, and (3) vibe. I aint getting any of that from some super hunk rubbing a bucket of sweat all over my shoulder. That is some gross shit. BRAVO GUV!

It seems to me that we have mislabeled the shirtless crowd as GINOs. Sure there must be one or two muscle headed "bros" that think they are all bad and want to show off. But for the most part the shirtless phenomenon is something that exists in the gay scene.(I Bet they wonder why so many men hit on them)

So next time some big sweaty shirtless dude "bumps" into youu it may not be by accident he may be thinking its foreplay.

*EDIT* and for the record this new law enforcement of the shirtless at the Guv is nothing new. As long as I can remember I've seen bouncers telling ppl to put their shirts back on. They're just not that good at enforcing it. Which means that the "boys" can still frolic in their shirtless glory.

haha .. i was just about to bring this up myself. i've been told from time to time that it's possible that half of those guys might be ginos.. but there's a very likely chance that the other half are gay! if any of you have ever seen pics of the Pride Parade you'll notice that many of those shirtless brutes dancing on those floats have a striking resemblance to a lot of the brutes walking around Guv. so yea next time Conan the Barbarian rubs into you.. just make sure he isn't giving you a *wink* afterwards ..

to all the shirtless wonders: if you want a place to 'show off your hard work', go to the fuckin beach.

i'll put this in terms you can understand. you know when you go to the gym and workout, do you ever wonder why people wipe down the machines after they're done?? it's because nobody wants your sweat all over their bodies...same thing holds true at the clubs. so have some decency and put your fuckin shirt on...disgusting!

As mentioned above, people have been taken there shirts off at "raves" forever. I've seen LOTS of people that aren't "HUGE" take there shirts off.... ie; Skinny ASIAN man standing on the middle speaker. Man I laughed when I saw that! So what's more offensive? Besides, for the most part all the "JUICE HEADS" stand in the same area, If you don't like it, chill somewhere else! Guv has been telling people for years to keep there shirts on, which as a whole I believe is a good thing! I can agree and say that YES sometimes it gets annoying, but how many other things could I point out about the place that bothers me...... LOTS! I just say to myself.... WHO CARES!?!?!?!? Go out have a good time, and do it next weekend! THAT'S WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT!
