Sadly Paul van Dyk is indeed playing at Sydney's Gas Nightclub on Sunday the 30th of March

i think you'll actually find home has been trying to get rid of sublime for a while now, due to the fact that it draws a bad crowd, and no money is made on alcohol. But when a night has been running for 6 years and is still going strong you can't really just kick them out the door.......

Well I saw Armin at Gas and it was good, saw PVD at SOS a couple of years ago and didnt like it much, if he was at Home I would definitely go but at Gas I dont think I will as I'm not a huge PVD fan.

I kinda doubt Home is trying to get rid of Sublime, even if they dont make a lot on alcohol, cover is expensive and they sell plenty of water. You can say the same about any trance/hard trance night that they dont sell a lot of alcohol.

As for the wrong crowd at sublime, well I dont like the crowd that started going there when I stopped going a couple of years ago, posers, roid munchers, beer drinkers, collared shirts and the like, though dunno what its like now.

agreed. although crasher kid may at times be long winded with his posts, i still enjoy reading what he has to say as at least he elaborates upon his views and opinions, supporting them through whether it be experience, evidence, or through word of mouth etc. such posts are better than one line statements. it gives the forums substance, and though you may not necessarily accept or agree with what he has to say, i think all should at least respect it instead of flaming him of his "essay like" posts. my 2c.

And whoever went to Home last year, there was no cheese whatsoever, more hard stuff and tekno than the album stuff he puts out.

Even if something did have to happen i guess its better that i happens before the party than to wallow in disappointment on the night
