I agree in principle but sometimes there are such things as "just wars".

That's not necessarily an endoresement of what's going on now however.

Theres so many ways around this war,,, there are some where it is not avoidable,, but this is definatly one that can be avoided by other means...

by what means do you feel this war can be avoided?
diplomacy is failing right before our eyes... what you see now is deception.
no one wants war. In cases like this, war is warranted!
If Saddam fails to comply, we must do what we said we'd do in resolution 1441.
If we do not follow up on what we said we'd do if he doesn't comply, than others like him in N.korea, Iran, Syria ect. will feel they can dick around the world while they play their game of threatening the worlds security.

Well Bush dug himself and the american nation into a hole now that is unavoidable,, but this whole war could have been avoided very easily, starting from the get go....
Two supreme powers going head to head and not one will be the better man and admit what he did was wrong etc. I believe so strongly in peace,.

war is bad...nobody likes war...but sometimes its inevitable and has to be done...that's life

I wish that the UN would give out just one glowing report praising how much Iraq is complying and cooperating with inspections. Then I would gladly agree with all of you that now is not the time for war, and I would happily jump on the anti-bush bandwagon if he continues to call for immediate war ...

My wish is the same as Occrider's. CNN and Time by no means are the only sources that i get my information from. Yet, my wish has not come true! Explain that. And i'm Canadian.... so i dont see how him being American fits into the equation.

This barely warrants a response but I'll try ... First of all, your quotes fail because I never said those things, I never thought that way, and you'll be hard pressed to find people on these forums who do think that way. Secondly, I haven't seen anybody on here say that they're better than anybody else based upon where they are from, and lastly the only person here who thinks that they're better than anybody else is obviously you. Lemme know when you wake the fuck up and stop being a hypocrite.
