Judge Jules at System - April 4th

All rise...the honourable Judge Jules holds session at System April 4th! Always enjoy Jules' sets - just like his infamous weekly show on Radio One, he drops some great classic tracks along with loads of fresh stuff. Always injects a great energy throughout his set - gets the crowd going and keeps em dancing. One of the most animated DJs I've ever seen. Glad he's coming to System for a change as opposed to Guvt. Although it was a great time when he came to Tonic the last time.

I did an interview with him recently at: http://clubdistrict.com/media.asp

Tix are $20 in advance at Play De Record, Tripp, Numb and From Mars (London)

Say what you want about him being cheese but I've seen plenty of so-called non-cheese DJs empty out the dancefloor due to a lack of energy. Jules is awesome to watch as well as to listen to. Sure he'll play some trance anthems but every once in awhile its nice to hear some tunes you don't usually hear due to other DJs being afraid of being labelled cheese. Anyway, as with any DJ, if you don't like him - don't go. If you haven't seen him, check it out and make your own call - I guarantee you will have a great time. He's been around for a long time now and done a lot of good for the dance music scene in that time. He has promoted a lot of upcoming artists on his weekly show - many owe him for playing their tracks on his show. His show "Saturday night warm-up" is listened to by thousands every Sat night in the UK before heading out to party. I like to listen to it off the Radio 1 website to hear some fresh and upcoming tunes that usually haven't hit this side of the pond. In fact this week he had Tiesto and PVD on his show...two favs on TA.

Check it out here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/dance/judgejules/

Oh and yeah...why do people call it SystemS??? I hate that too...it's SYSTEM! (Soundbar)
