lol, getting up for a "11 am lecture" today was extremely difficult.

my nights = go online, talk in irc, get some new tracks, watch some family guy, play some wolf ET and its then 4am.

getting up at around 1:00 pm. lol

p.s. anyone know some good online "free" games (like wolf ET, or servers for other games that dont require serials?) that will run on my shit comp? (cel 1.1, gfmx440)

(errr, might have to PM me actaully if we are talking not-as-free-as-others, muchly apreciated)

Well guys i suffered from insomnia for a fair while (throughout high school and first year of uni), and pretty much ive discovered that so long as your laying in bed just day dreaming you still get just as much rest as if you slept (sure you still want sleep but thats more psychological then physical....)

So psygnosis if you find you really cant sleep, my suggestion - just lay there, close your eyes and let your mind wander... who knows you might just fall asleep but at least you'll get enough rest either way!

Is that true?? i mean laying there closing your eyes, does your body still react to as though your sleeping???

^^ i'll try that tonight and see if it does make you wake up better...

ahhh well im back..

after having been banned by Optus for downloading copyrighted material!!!

ok guys be careful, thats 2 strikes on my name, a 3rd and i will be kicked off optus for good...

apparently compnays like sony etc. .send out lists of stuff that they want ISP's to check for, Optus can scan your ...wait for it.... your shared folders for p2p programs!!!! i had a folder shared with movies... and i got done by having "matchstick men"

so i just got back online now !!!

Its worked for me for more years then i care to remember..... You'll prolly still feel a bit tired in the morning and prolly really want sleep (especilaly if you get frustrated at not being able to sleep) but after a shower and some breaky (and a coffee of course.. ) you'll be able to last the day fine!!

Welcome to my world. That's why I don't download movies.....I'm downloading movies right now, 1st time in months after hearing how many you've got....

and lethal, isn't insomnia almost a requirement of being a TA?
