Working out and being active makes me feel too good to get really sloshed, and the prospect of being hungover and not feeling like doing something ative bugs the shit out of me. I stopped hanging out with some of my friends recently, because all they do is drink and I dont really like to party that hard any more. |

| Originally posted by Radagast Well my advice, for what it's worth , would be for no one to ever do what you just told that guy to try. The risk of injury is too high in my mind. But whatever. Try it out if you want, i'm not the boss of you. Just remember what I said when you're at the doctor because of a shoulder subluxation or something similar. |
This exercise is no more stressful on your shoulders than doing a military press with dumbells or a barbell. The only risk involved in this exercise is balancing yourself, hence my suggestion to use a wall.

I work out 2!!

trying to get past 185 lbs now proving very difficult, ARGH!
i just feel wrong on how much food I have to eat to gain weight. I eat so much all day long that I worry about finding a time to work out because of it. Sleeping is also an issue cuz i have to eat until so late as well
i hate when you hit the wall and you can't seem to do anymore weight or gain anymore. the only thing i can really suggest is that you eat more and lift heavier weight hehehe. i know it sucks, but that's how i've gotten over my plateaus...
even if you have to put on some extra fat to get the extra muscle that you want...you can always trim it off later.
