So there's the root of your problem! Overly expensive beer! Try dogs!

Hint: after a good night of drinking, take a few aspirins before going to bed or passing out and you don't get the hangover...

Try it out if you want, i'm not the boss of you. Just remember what I said when you're at the doctor because of a shoulder subluxation or something similar.

Shoulder subluxation. This exercise is no more stressful on your shoulders than doing a military press with dumbells or a barbell. The only risk involved in this exercise is balancing yourself, hence my suggestion to use a wall.

Aside from the fact that you're upside down and disoriented rather than right side up and focused.

Radagast has made me see the error of my ways.

If you are incapable of grasping the concept of being upside down and are susceptible to disorientation and thusly cannot focus properly, please refrain from doing any type of bodyweight shoulder press.

Lying leg raises, hanging leg raises, some sort of ab roller apparatus, reverse crunches....all I could come up with off the top of my head.

For the amount I go to the gym I should be around 6% bodyfat, heh. The fact that at least once a week I have 20+ beers prevents that =P

I switched to hard a and beer combo. I *WAS* going through about 12 a night. Now i have at least 2 sober days a week...which is more than i used ot have in 3 months hehe...so yeah...

ive trimmed up quite a bit since i stopped drinking so much/ switched to hard A.

trying to get past 185 lbs now proving very difficult, ARGH!

Posted by Orbax on May-26-2004 14:56:

i just feel wrong on how much food I have to eat to gain weight. I eat so much all day long that I worry about finding a time to work out because of it. Sleeping is also an issue cuz i have to eat until so late as well

Posted by Floorfiller on May-26-2004 15:29:

i hate when you hit the wall and you can't seem to do anymore weight or gain anymore. the only thing i can really suggest is that you eat more and lift heavier weight hehehe. i know it sucks, but that's how i've gotten over my plateaus...

even if you have to put on some extra fat to get the extra muscle that you want...you can always trim it off later.
