How much is it to get into Glow? I need to know how much to bring with me.
The next time I hit Glow I'm wearing my button-down shirt like the BeeGee on the left:

Just to jog my memory a bit... is that Andy Gibb?

vlad, it will be $20 unless you use that coupon (i'll have to find it) to get $5 off. drinks are slightly expensive there...but if you have 3 long island iced teas (at $11 each), you will be more than good to go.
EDIT: oh and parking...the area around fur is *ghetto* to say the least...so you can either:
a.) risk it and park on the street
b.) risk it, park on the street, and pay a homeless person to "watch" it
c.) park down the street from glow where there is reduced parking on the street- $10
d.) park in Fur's enclosed lot for $15

i have a good story for parking near glow.
further down on first ave NE, towards the capitol, there's a bus station and across the street there's free parking on the streets. it's metered, but since we're all night owls, free for our purposes.
i pull up to a spot there and some dude rushes out of the bus stop; he's wearing a budget car rental jacket and stands next to my car, and makes it seem like he's doing a big favor by "helping" me pull into the spot. i catch him say "five dollars" as i'm turning off the ignition and getting out, so my friends and i just start walking away. the guy pleads and says, hey man i asked for five dollars.
me: for what?
man: to watch your car. you see all these cars? (gestures at a few on surrounding blocks) i'm watching all those for everyone for five dollars. i'll make sure nothing happens to it.
me: how do i know you're not trying to rip me off
here the man says stuff like, no come on man, don't play me like that, etc etc, u can trust me bullshit.
i said to him, if you are here at the end of the night and my car's ok, i'll get you five bucks. the guy then knew he wasn't getting anything from me so he said, fine fine, til later then.
needless to say i didn't see him at the end of armin night and my car was ok.
dude i'm gonna be such an awesome lawyer one day.
hahahhaha
those mother******s always try to con you
