Tunes are good but for me Randy Katana - In-Silence rolls them all...

Posted by dit0 on Jan-22-2005 12:46:

my opinion the best tunes of the year were either released too late to get recognized or not widely spread as the tunes here....
anyways sucky year 4 trance

white room definitely should have won...it was winning by like 3 votes 2 days ago and all of a sudden it's now beat by 7? interesting...

in silence was also at one point about 20 ahead of white room....... doubly interesting

Posted by Cloud on Jan-23-2005 08:48:

only 657 people voted....
But why?

Yes how very interesting indeed. A forum with 43,754 registered members, and an increase of a massive +7 in a poll within 2 days. How suspicious is that?!?!

Fucking spanner.

not quite sure what a "spanner" is, nor how your post truly differs from mine. all i'm saying is that it's interesting that "in silence" jumped back ahead in a matter of a day, when "white room" had a good lead ahead.

sorry to ruffle your feathers so much mate, you might want to get out more if that's the case.

LMFAO, yes it's a big conspiracy to get In Silence to the #1 spot in the TA TOTY poll. I'm sure the NSA, CIA, FBI and any other spooky gov't agency had something to do with it. Seriously, the only thing more pathetic than someone rigging this poll is anyone entertaining the notion that it was rigged.

who said anything about it being rigged? i said it was interesting, ffs.

find drama elsewhere, and not in the TRACK OF THE YEAR THREAD!!!

let the voting end ... its been 2 long now ... 2004 is almost a month ago. its clear that in silence is constantly the #1 .... so make it the winner!

It's a bit sad that a remake of an old trancer won this year TOTY...shows you how trance was this year...heh

I think Whiteroom should have won but there's a lot of people who despite it so much...in silence is still a great song altho I would never guess it would win but its nice to see katana who is one of my fav producers wins somthing here

Anyway I think this year was all about funky house clearly...I'm sure we'll see a lot of funky stuff this year

In silence gets pretty annoying after hearing it a couple of times, i think that killa should have made it further its just a much better track that appeals to even the non trance listeners like some of my freinds.

Posted by Ray7455 on Jan-26-2005 18:08:

In my opinion The World Doesn't Know is much more original than any other of these songs, I just love it. Its a perfect song to close your eyes while listening to and just get lost in it, its a shame more people don't feel the same way, I really think its cause a lot of people havent heard it enough, since its not really the type of song to get played in sets very often. And I also agree that Killa shoulda been in there.

Posted by searchdestroy_1 on Jan-26-2005 18:46:

awesome - glad in silence beat whiteroom.

although - would be been happier if World Doesnt Know won over both.

I don't enjoy the randy katana track... I don't see why it is getting so many votes.

Your obviously out your face. In Silence is one of the greatest trance tracks ever. Just ask PVD, Armin, Tiesto and any other DJ who has half a clue.

It got my vote !
