Well first on Wednesday I was unable to open MS word. It would open for a blink sencond then disappear, so I did some standard maint on it and then cam back in the next day. Then I get this blue screen upon booting regardin and error with the file ky.sys and I should reboot. So I reboot and my machine reboots itself 5 times before windows loads again. When windows loads everything on my desktop was blinking including the icons and taskbar and I couldnt do anything, so I reboot again and it tell me that there was an error with verifying the product activation key, so I reboot again. I cant do anything at this point so I restore for a few days past. Everything works fine. So the next day I boot up and this time its explorer that wont open, it blinks for a second then closes immediately. So I run checkdisk and it sayd it repaired files from windows system restore. I reboot and still cant open explorer. I didnt have sp2 loaded so I figured I would try that. It crashed during the install.

At this point system restore no longer even works and I cant even get into the control panel to see the event log. I ran antivirus and any other maint I could think of and nothing. So I get all my files copied over and call our service center to reimage it. Everything is fine now.

My initial thought was maybe a hard drive issue. Sometimes, especially if your HD hasnt been defragged for a while, and the plates are starting to go, you get really sparse function on some apps. Sometimes the MBR goes, sometimes it works. It all points in that direction to me, but I'm not sitting in front of your comp. Well, at least it seems to be working now. Hopefully, it stays that way =).

i usually am so i'm always either reading a book, surfing the web, or reading the newspaper.

my boss from hell is going on maternity leave in a few days, so then i'm gonna bring in dvds to watch! queer as folk season 3 coming in the mail soon, woohoo! ..just gotta plug in my headphones if i'm gonna watch it.

ah, this is the life.
...altho i would like to spend it outside today. ah well, can't have it all.

cuz me boss is a BITCH i can barely go out. i would totally love to meet u up, but im on 25th between 5 and 6. by the time i get there..forget it. wow ur close to a lot of stuff though...TIFFANYS!!! and ur close to BLITZ too! damns. i wish i could meet up Blitz for lunch but im too far away *cries*

today was the first time i walked to work 97% awake and 100% warm!

the office i work in is so minimalistic and avant garde but also bare in a sense...the office looks like it came straight out of MoMA, everything is silver and white- it's kind of cool but it reminds me slightly of a sanitarium. ..and i wonder why i think i'm goin nuts here

i TOTALLY recommend it to any girls/guys looking for a modern, funky hair cut for cheap!!! my hair was very long and they gave me a shag cut, shoulder length- i Love it!!! it cost me $50, which is not bad at all for the city... ask for Maiyumi! she rocks

i cut my own hair thurs night, it came out pretty good =)
alot cheaper too
