Oh one thing that I forgot to mention, what was it with Dumonde's continuous "We are gods, cheer for us!" attitude? It was getting very boring watching them get up on stage and parading around.

I think I even heard some people booing at them after a while. I laughed and almost booed myself.

I hate this kind of "rockstar" attitude.

Maybe if they actually played a good set then it would be somewhat understandable.

I say ban flags altogether especially at places where Infected Mushroom or Astral Projection shows. The flags are fucking annoying and I wished that these hooligans wouldn't be let in with their annoying flags

I have mentioned this before but nothing will happen because it is too political a situation especially since the magority owner is Arabic and the head of security is also Arabic, the manager is Arabic and even one of the booking guys is Arabic so if you have a place with so many Arabs in high places and you don't let in people with Israeli flags then you're gonna have some controversy and Isreali/Jewish people would be bitching and saying that everyone is anti-semetic and all.

I personally think that having people running around with flags is potentially dangerous but whatever. I don't believe that there are enough complaints on this issue and even if there were I still don't think that anything would be done especially given the high political nature of the situation and the magority owner being Arabic and the guy with the 2nd most shares is Jewish himself.

It's not about the flags that annoy me. It's the people who wave them around that do. They act like IDIOTS and run around all night. With or without a flag people like that annoy me.

i agree, but i still dont see the point of waving a flag in a night club any how sounds retarted to me, if your proud of your backgroud go outside and do it in public...

First off.. flag waving is annoying... but i still think they should be able to bring in flags if they want. BUt what i have a problem with is when they go on stage when another dj is spinning before or after IM or astral and wave it around for 10 people to scream while the other thousand want to punch thier faces out.

This always happens when IM comes.

first of all they were not blocking the view of a dj, second of all they only did it at infected mushroom events not any place else or some other event
third they are from israel and they are proud, they miss their country and miss the way they partied to psy music

not only the crowd gives out more energy to the djs but it makes them perform better and actually get into the music and i love it

my answer is yes to all that.The reason no one says or does anyting about them is because since Isreali's are EXTREMLY sensitive people and if you ever want to criticize them about anything I mean anything they get offended and they call you racist

I happened upon this verbal altercation w/Malek, and at best it was a heated argument, Navid. If any of those guys were gonna lay a finger on Malek based on his background, I would've been 1st to punch back.

Listen guys, all this 'bad behavior' is basically due to one thing:
ALCOHOL. They get that rowdy cuz they're drunk. No excuse, but that's what it is. Drunk people have a propensity to be in your face and looking for a fight. Bottom line: Israeli's can be very obnoxious. Go there and see- a little old lady will push u out of the way to get on the bus. Add alcohol to the mix on a night of Israeli pride, and its gonna get nuts. One guy grabbed and shook me demanding I take their picture that night, as if I was there to serve him. I made sure to grab and shake him back JUST as obnoxiously to prove what an idiot he was being. Like I said, I would've told them to tone it down a bit if I thought it would help, but they're drunk, so there's no reasoning. If the bouncers can't keep them under control from jumping on the stage, that's their own fault. They should be told this info in advance when they're sober, cuz there's no use after.

Well I was explaining the situation and political nature of this matter to the average clubber who may be annoyed with this flag situation. The only way to get rid of all these flags is to just not let in any flags at all and use the excuse that flags can be potentially dangerous but I doubt that this can even be done due to the political nature of this situation which I have previously explained.

By the way tatgirl if you're gonna keep ragging on GUV's security then keep in mind that you are welcome to apply at any time and we will see if you can do a better job

And those who think that jumping like crazy with happy face and flag in the hands is too much... Try visiting a soccer game somewhere in Europe or South America. I suggest Greece, Italy, Argentina or Brazil. Then I guess you will actully understand what is too much...

When infected mushroom was in the guvernment back in october the people running around with the flag was bad just because it was so crowded and they were running into people and messing around with the set up at the front.
