Ite so heres me at my largest. I started running today and im losing 10 lbs. inces off te waist look like inches on the chest ^_^

it will go oldest, old, new

now I dont have a camera any more that can pick this up...so my backs more defined than the "new" one but the main thing I wanted to show was the addition of a lat mass

Weight: 165
chest: 44
upper arm: 14
forearms:11.5
Waist:30
Thighs:21.5
Calves:14

weight:173
upper arm 15
forearms 12.5
chest 43.5
waist 28.5
thigh 22
calves 14

Chest: 44.5
Upper arm: 14.5
forearms:13
waist(above horns):31
Thighs:22.5
calves:14.5 (size of upper arms bitches woot for symmetry!)

height 6'1
weight: 170

For the next month I am reversing my diet (60% protein 30% carb 10% fat) and doing cardio 3x a week instead of 0 times.

gonna lose 5-10 lbs this month and focus heavily on abs, back, and chest (theresa harsh suggestion!)

cheers. update in a month.

edit:

1) I might just go get a damn camera, this is ridiculously shitty
2) I dont like how I look right now these were me at my thinnest and I like it better RIP 28.5 inch waist haha:

bah. cant wait to lose the tub and flab!

you definatley ahave put alot of weight around your waste and your lats are huge compared to before.. good job keep up the good work. the only thing i would say you need to improve on is your rear delts maybe size em up a notch but other than that thumbs up

If I had Orbax's size, I could've gone into college and maybe pro athletics. My fate in life was 5'8" with medium build. Got pumped to 165 in my younger days, but back down to about 150 without the bulk in my older days. I do like 100 situps and walk 4-1/2 miles about daily around the park with two 25-lb dumbells. 30 pounders are a real killer and I end up having problems with my joints. Strain is more on my leg joints than arms or back, I wear out shoes every 2-3 months. Anyhow, my body fat is probably less than 10%, have the six pack abs and big friggin arms and chest. Not bad for an old fart, who's been operated on and left with permanent sciatic nerve damage from the Army, eh?

BTW, I'm not looking for short term improvement like you young studs, but long term maintenance.

this morning before school, i had 2 leftover tamales...
(i dont eat lunch) and when i went home i ate a whole bowl of spagetti...i dont pick it, my mom just makes it for me...she sais if i dont eat it, i got to make myself something, thats where i get lazy, and i eat it lol!

but for real, ima try and start eating better and start exercising when school is out! 27th!!

EDIT: Ima try and buy that Billy Blank's boot camp video!

...

can someone let me borrow some money?!?!

this one works wonders ive noticed improvement in only a couple of weeks for myself

i personally like to do them leaning my chest on my knees while i sit

Posted by Orbax on May-04-2005 00:17:

alright cool. although I just remembered why I dont do them much lol. i have multiple torn rotator cuffs that ive been rehabbing for about 2 years now.

but!! I have been doing like 10 lb things and trying to rebuild them. Ill start off light and move up. Ill use that as my primary workout on shoulder days and then use a straight bar for seated rows instead of triangle.

see where that puts me in a month

DBs in your hands or back pack? walking around like that if it isnt a slow controlled lunge will mess up knees, lower back, mid back, hips, and elbows ^_^ but sciatic nerves are a blast arent they?

but oy good on yah mate. I need to work abs a lot harder. Still no six pack

You would think what I do with carrying 50 lb of dumbells around (I curl them) would be the worst thing for me with sciatic nerve damage. On the contrary to any doctor recommendation, I have built up so much damn muscle by doing so, my spine is much more stabilized and I am actually a whole lot better off by doing so. Plus, I ain't no f*cking pussy, so if I can't run, then I'm going to make the walk worth the while! I'm an old fart who absolutely refuses to just waste away like my peers. You can call me screwy as well, but all the motherf*ckers get out of my way when I'm heading down the path with a couple of 25 pounders!
Think about it anyway, curling for about an hour and 10 to 15 minutes everyday with the weight...

Lol!

Jerks?! You're the jerk! Maybe once you get a job then you won't have time to work out, like me. Actually I've been doing cardio on the elipitical machine, that thing kicks my butt. In a month or two my schedule will change from 6:30a.m. to 3p.m. to 10:30a.m. to 7p.m., shitty schedule but will give me time to workout in the morning.

Orb, I have started doing total shoulder operations at work, they are great to see. You should think about getting one.

Im actually doing really really well!! I spend like at lest half an hour each day checking my body out in the mirror...and i enjoy what i see hehe...
Its my best figure ever...the truth is i started my whole body improvment thing like half a year ago and finally it looks like its paying off.

Hope i can arrange some pics soon

Posted by Orbax on May-15-2005 20:33:

are you losing weight? gaining? reforming?

Posted by DJ-Kreing^^ on May-15-2005 20:47:

k my story goes like this...last year my weight was about 82 killos no idea how much that is in lbs, my height was 1.80 at the time i think...but the thing is i was fat, i had male boobs even hehe...had a loose stomach wide waist...couldnt stand the way i looked.

So i decided to change the way i look the way i eat and the way i live for good. since then i try to avoid sweets and any other unhealthy junk, I try to stay active and do sports...and i also do abit of light body building at home.

Now my weight is around 70 kilos my height is 1.82...the part i like the most in my body is my chest, looks totally diffrent from the way it looked a year ago. my stomach also looks better...

that whole thing really gave me some nice self confidence...it also helps me get some good looking chicks..hehe

ill see if i can get my friends digicam for tommrowo so i can upload some pics.

Not right after shaving, but you have to keep at it at least every other day. Also, be ready to break out, not many dodge that (At least until your skin becomes accustomed to it).

Posted by Ibizadreamer AG on May-17-2005 23:42:

I waxed my chest and stomach hair and it hurt like a bitch...the pores were bleeding and shit...i'm feeling good today tho..yesterday was horrible

Posted by smokeape on May-18-2005 00:08:

HOmey cranking 100 situps followed by 2X 25 dumbells = 50lbs downrange on a 4-1/2 mile circuit daily or when I don't get interrupted like with lightning, pouring down rain (not a little bit), and my f*cking kids getting arrested and going to court all the time...

Lol!
