didnt really have any expectations from gabriel or oakie but oakie impressed me, considering ppl really bashed him throughout the past couple of weeks before the event. his mixing was ok, nothign to great, his track selection was prety good. i was really glad to hear southern sun. gabriel i didnt really enjoy, not my kind style.
armin came on and started of playing really really good stuff. but after being in that mosh pit in the center for an hour, being bumped, jabbed, hit by people walking and shit i had to get outta there. near the end my back was killing me so i had to sit down but the tunes kept coming from armin. i came back to see him have the leafs jersey on and him up on the table. i really enjoyed his interaction much more this time then i did at LoL. overall his set was much better than at LoL also. i left at 7.30 and its just too bad that i didnt stay till end.
good seeing the TAs but i swear i could never find anyone on the floor and i missed seeing more that half of you there.

Drew, I am so sorry that you had such a crappy night. I really felt bad for leaving you there, so I hope you can understand and forgive us. We certainly didn't wish to abandon you. I really hope you can get the whole car thing figured out cause that seriously sucks.
I met so many TA's last night that I couldn't even begin to name them off. It was great meeting some old online friends for the first time in person
FunkyGroove, Tammy and Becka all attacked me and pulled my shirt off so FG wasn't alone in the bikini top attire (which I opted to wear), but I was grateful for it in the end. I was so hot!!! (I don't think having 3 redbulls and a large coffee was helping much).
I think for the first couple of hours I was still in shock from the near death experience. It really shook me up, so apologies to anyone who felt I wasn't as cheerful and friendly as I would have liked to have been.
Gabriel stunned me by the amount of times he trainwrecked. WTF was wrong with him!?
Oakie was great, was just starting to feel it, but not a whole lot at that point.
Then Armin came out and I was literally crushed in between sweaty, muscle men. I think I yelled at more people last night than I have in my entire life. It made me realize how rude people are in general, however, on humanity's defence, there were quite a few people who volunteered to protect me and help me out a little. Was very much appreciated.
One chick shoved me out of the way and I fell down. Turns out she is a TA (or at least I assumed since she had the caution tape on), which one, I am not sure. Was NOT impressed with that.
I guess the beginning of the night with all the things that went wrong sort of set the tone. I was feeling a little discouraged, so perhaps I was a little more focussed on things that normally wouldn't bother me as much.
Overall I would say I had an ok time. My friends were what made it worth it!!
OHH! I almost forgot. I was in the washroom and was just about to lean over and wash my hands, when suddenly some chick shoves me out of the way and pukes in the sink. She missed my back by mere inches. That would have sucked!!! I am so glad I had that talk with the fates when we were waiting in line.
