We only cheated once, 04/05 decided ref Meani for Juventus vs Milan.
'On July 26th, FIGC declared Inter Milan as the Italian Champion for the 2005-06 season. The decision was harshly disputed, in particular because Inter team manager Giacinto Facchetti was caught as well in telephone calls with Pierluigi Pairetto. In one of these calls he negotiated the best referees for Champions League matches. However no charge was laid against him for these interceptions.'
When it comes to Serie A, everyone is involved.

| Massimo Moratti is not worried about former referee Massimo De Santis accusation against Inter. We never had anyone tailed, declared the Nerazzurri owner. The FIGC are set to launch a new investigation after De Santis accused Inter of tailing him as well as tapping his phone in 2002, with Francesco Saverio Borrelli in charge of the inquiry if he decides to remain at the head of the Investigation Office. I am not worried about this situation and I can only confirm that I never had anyone tailed, he said. In a way I am almost sorry we didnt do so, seeing the upset reactions of those who were condemned after the scandal. We would have avoided wasting two years of our time and many things could have been discovered before, solving the problem. As to De Santis accusation of us wanting to blackmail him I honestly dont think he deserves any answer from me. Meanwhile, Borrelli met both the Italian Minister of Sport Giovanna Melandri and the newly elected Federal Commissioner Luca Pancalli on Tuesday morning and confirmed he will decide if he intends to hold his post by the end of the day. Borrelli resigned last week following the mass departure of former Commissioner Guido Rossi and his staff, but Pancalli asked him to reconsider his decision immediately after he was appointed on Thursday. |

| Juventus, Lazio and Fiorentina have had their Calciopoli penalties reduced, but Milan remain with an eight-point handicap. The Biancocelesti and Bianconeri had the biggest discount, as both have had eight points handed back to them after tonights verdict from the CONI Arbitration. Fiorentina were hoping for a substantial discount on their original 19-point penalty, but it has merely been cut to 15. Milans appeal failed, as their eight-point handicap will stand for the 2006-07 campaign. The clubs lodged their appeals in front of the commission on October 11 and 12, but a decision was only formally announced this evening. The original Calciopoli trial had inflicted more severe handicaps on the sides, as Juventus, Fiorentina and Lazio were demoted to Serie B with penalties of 30, 12 and seven points respectively. Milan stayed in the top flight with a 15-point penalty. These verdicts were cut on appeal so that only Juve remained in the Second Division with a 17-point penalty. Fiorentina and Lazio returned to Serie A, starting from 19 and 11, while Milan went back into the Champions League through the preliminary round and began the campaign from 8 points. This could well be the final act in the Calciopoli trial that has dragged on since the summer, amid wiretapping scandals, match-fixing allegations and claims of pressure put on referees to favour certain sides. Yet there may be more on the horizon, as clubs still unhappy with their lot could in theory appeal to the TAR tribunal. As it is outside the jurisdiction of the sporting courts, this civil action would infuriate the Federation and might earn new penalties for the sides involved. |
Thanks god!
Forza Juve!

I know all of this, and I still haven't forgotten about what Moggi and the rest of the fags did to Italian football. I see this as a bonus, a very big one as we already have won so many games and the points has come on a roll so far.
I couldn't care less any longer because it's been a very tough time for Juventus and our players, bringing us some good news is way better than keep on crying about how we're supposed to play in Serie C, and I already know all of this. I know we shouldn't be allowed to play in Serie B, that we should be in Serie C. It's all thanks to Moggi and his stupidity. He couldn't obviously win a shit without cheating, and he didn't win anything when he cheated either.
Trust me, if your team got relegated and later on got a reduced penalty in points, You would've been pretty satisfied with it. No one wants to play in the lower series
damn juventus for sure back to serie a next season
