So true, the only thing from today's trance that truly sounds like "trance" is psy... and it's damn good too, the same goes with prog psy, almost unreal.

Although there's a new wave going around named "neo-trance" which is nothing but trance. I still don't understand why that name... I guess it is just a way to keep it separated from today's trance or perhaps they didn't want it to be mistaken by the trance that people like Armin play, which definitely doesn't sound like trance at all and ironically enough is the type of trance that seems to be doing all the selling currently.

And yes, I don't know about your experience, but it's human nature to judge by a persons actions, and you showed immaturity and inexperience in your post.

Millions of people are complete idiots.

That just comes down to opinion...but it's true and you can't deny it.

The stuff that gets labelled "neo-trance" sounds like tech house to me. But I do enjoy some of it.

What can't I deny?

I certainly don't deny that Tiesto is a no-talent hack who should be shot out of a cannon into the sun.

well you showed stupidy in your post and i called you on it.

and what exactly has he done for trance besides commercialize it reap the profits? introducing a genre to the masses is not necessarily a good thing.

Can you please read? You can't deny that millions of people love Tiesto and thus love other artists because of him.

Yes, millions of people love the shit that Tiesto churns out day and night, and thus love much of the other commercial dogshit that makes it into his sets. I'll acknowledge that. You win.

I showed opinion...call it whatever you want, your as stupid to me as I may be to you. And what he has done is exactly what you have stated, introduced a genre to the masses. It may not be a good thing to you, but your an insignificant spec of light compared to the millions of people on this planet that enjoy Trance. Say it good or bad, you've proved my point.

No, he didn't.

Read, comprehend, respond. Must remember to do those in that order!

Can you shut the fuck up? He stated what I wanted everyone to understand was what I meant, that he introduced a genre to the masses. Try your own advice.

Oh my reading comprehension skills are spot on, thank you very much. I've got you loud and clear.

What you "stated" and "meant" is only subjectively important.

Edit: And when that subject is an idiot, not only is it not important, but utterly meaningless as well.

Put away your claws kittens, you'll catch more bees with honey (and maybe not be written off by everyone here as an utter invalid).

Very interesting... many gems in that album for sure.

I do understand your point of view as sometimes I do label some of those sounds like tech house... but there are certain tracks that still sound like 96-98 trance to me, like going back in time.

Regardless of the genre, it's definitely quality music in my opinion.

I could care less what you think of me...especially seeing as you pass off as a man with little or no honor and no sense of respect. Your parents failed, pray that you can redeem yourself with the shit life that awaits you.

Yes, there are some good sounds to be found in "neo-trance" or whatever you choose to call it.

Explain yourself please. I ask because I would like to hear your synopsis behind calling it a load of fucking gash.
