^^^^^^^^

As evidence shown that moon landing was a hoax in order to "beat" the former Soviet Union in technology. With today's human aerospace technology, we lack the protection as needed from harmful solar radiation in order to travel outside the earth's atmosphere. Since the average Earth-Moon distance is about 385,000 km, and with our planet's atmosphere is 2,400km; Apollo 11 definitely did not lead on the moon nor it was "that's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind".

well that video is very interesting. If you watch it, the video shows the flag flapping around on the set just as it does in the officially released footage.

Yes, and the government doesn't lie to us eh Digi, cookie and the rest...?

Posted by hardcore trancer on Aug-02-2008 07:36:

Here is something to think about : according to some the reason why we are not able to travel any furhter then the moon is because we are under quarantine and we are being looked upon as danger to the universe.

Here is another person coming forward with more disclosure:

You do realize that was done by the Onion, right?

It's amazing what some people will accept as evidence once they've already made up their minds. Really, the fake-moon-landing conspiracy theories were debunked ages ago. Even Penn and Teller did a segment on that!

lol, debunked by WHO? Penn and Teller? Wow...there are still tons of credible people who believe it didn't happen. Personally, I'm still on the fence. It could be that we didn't, we did or faked it at first and actually went later. They do have moon rock samples, but there's a lot of very good evidence that indicates there was artificial lighting. You should watch the British documentary WHat Really Happened On The Moon from 2005.

I haven't seen this on any official news network. This isn't a nutcase...this is the sixth man to walk on a moon and an established scientist admitting this.

He claims that aliens have been visiting this planet for sixty years and that governments are in constant contact with them and have been covering it up since the end of WW2.

It's a great interview and he makes some excellent points. Wow...do you believe him?

Call me crazy, but I think it's quite ignorant to assume we're the only intelligent beings out there, but I've been somewhat skeptical about whether or not UFOs visit Earth, abduct people, etc.

What do you gusy make of this crazy shit? He suggests that the governments are gearing up towards FULL DISCLOSURE. The UK has already started to release major documents and some of them are quite convincing.

every job place has the office quack

Posted by Dj Smitty20 on Aug-02-2008 19:22:

again, ignorance on the subject.

He isn't the only astronaut to have come forward, but rather one of many. So I guess all of them were "quacks"?

I love the 'quack of the office'. it's a sacred position. there's this guy i work with, makes 6 figures knocking on doors selling, and is over the age of 50. So you'd think he must have his shit toegether and be somewhat normal. Until you bring up the pyramids we're about to visit in Egypt and you can't get him to shut up about how they were "really" built be the fallen angels cast down from heaven. god save the poor sap who is sentenced to hell as his room mate for that week.

I hope this scientist's scientist buddies had the bong near by when they heard his interview for the first time. Not because their unreliable dolts, but more so becuz i think it would have simply enhanced their laughter. "Buddy really did it this time..." lol "look what crazy crazerton is on about, he's on the news!"....

for the record i don't doubt alien life or visitations at all. but my money is on the office quack theory

if the moon landing was indeed fake, then why is buzz aldrin considered such a bastion of trustworthiness regarding UFOs?

i'm not sure where i stand myself on whether these UFOs are real physical objects.. but i don't see how people can be as certain to label themselves "believers" at this point in time (without being an eyewitness)

and still don't see how people make the connection of UFOs to "intelligent life". if there really are metal saucers reappearing on earth and in space, who's to say they aren't some kind of huge particle that are equally distributed through the entire universe, or any other explanation NOT involving humanoid explorers who we're apparently very relevant to... we need to get over ourselves.

intelligent life somewhere out there is very likely, but attributes we assume these things must possess like self-awareness, senses (in basic life) emotions, personalities, language, culture, technology and every complexity in between are just things we assume based on intelligent life as WE know it - things that developed by fluke while life adapted to earth's environment over millions of years. and latter things on the list only occurred in humans. when thinking of all the chaotic things that happen during the course of evolution, and the insane amount of planets with different attributes it could occur on, plus the time factor, it hints that it is likely those aforementioned concepts we're so fast to attach to ETs are unique to earth. the equivalent concepts of other life forms out there are probably so different we wouldn't begin to know how to comprehend or communicate with it, like someone mentioned was the premise of some sci fi story in a previous post.

This thread is getting more annoying than Abrahamic religions altogether.

it might very well have been fake, but that doesn't disprove the existence of the alien craft they've seen or what they've been briefed about. Mitchell might not be able to come forward with that information, since it would confuse people and distract from the more important message. Or maybe Apollo 14 did go to the Moon and it was 11 that was the fake? We dont' know for sure.

excellent documentary that focusses mostly on civilian pilot experiences with actual black box recordings between traffic controllers and the pilots. Very interesting stuff.

those are obviously fake! And as a lot of these UFO researchers say, probably 95% of the sightings are indeed fake. The sightings in the most recent video I posted are more in line with the unexplainable.

Makes you wonder if a portion of those fake material is made by the guvy themselves!

makes sense to me... saturate the media with a bunch of bullshit "conspiracies" and other issues like global warming to make people get more sceptical about real issues that get little to no coverage

Here's excerpts from What Really Happened On The Moon from 2005, a British documentary. It definitely raises some eyebrows, at the very least.
