it must have been difficult to sit through those first 2 periods. The gf and i were throwing shit at the TV it was so bad.

i hate Mark Streit.

Posted by malek on Nov-03-2008 03:36:

It was amazing to see all those habs fans!!!

Posted by elFreak on Nov-03-2008 03:36:

i will agree...that was awesome.

they played so well on saturday. i was extremely pleased with their performance.

Posted by elFreak on Nov-11-2008 15:44:

haha

hopefully that is a wake up call.

they played like they deserve to win the eastern conference without trying. I don't think they got any mornings off this week...they better not have, i have tickets tonight.

That 4th defenseman has never looked so good to me...awaie bob.

Posted by princesultan on Nov-11-2008 15:59:

have they played a full 60min. yet this season? i don't think they have.

Posted by elFreak on Nov-11-2008 16:04:

nope.

i hope hammer is back in tonight.

I took a bunch of french people to a place called the Great Canadian Pub in Paris on Saturday, the game was at 1AM, I even had them wear habs gear. How brutal was that loss...j'avais honte esti

Posted by elFreak on Nov-11-2008 19:02:

i know lol.

you in paris for pleasure or cirque?

Posted by elFreak on Nov-12-2008 14:01:

what a great show they put on last night.

this was the first game that they played the full 60 and looked liked the contenders everyone made them out to be.

he might not score a whole lot, but Maxime Lapierre is quickly becoming one of my favourite players.

the koivu pass on the first goal was awesome too.

Posted by dj ugo on Nov-12-2008 16:47:

Posted by Zinger on Nov-12-2008 18:38:

fixed

he has had a few suspect games this year, but if he plays like last night every game we have a winner for sure.

Posted by Zinger on Nov-12-2008 18:54:

not to mention we got a 1st rounder with him which turned out to be Max Pac....Gorges + MaxPac for Rivet is a pure steal.

By the way, it's time to vote for your habs players yo want to see on the nhl all star game.

definitely
So far, all starting spots are taken by Habs players. How amazing would it be to have a complete Habs starting lineup???

Vote now: http://fanballoting.nhl.com/?intcmpid=ASFB|NHL.COM

Vote often!!

LOL they were laughing about this on 110% last night, saying how they can't vote to get a country but will manage to get komisarek to start an all star game. It is kind of lame, but then again voting is voting.

Posted by dj ugo on Nov-13-2008 16:22:

Canadiens players are getting 30000 votes per hours. The six players are leading the pool right now, far away from the other players. Keep voting, we have to put a montreal canadien starting line up on the ice for the all star game.

Posted by elFreak on Nov-13-2008 16:23:

I think it is lame, and i am the biggest habs fan i know. It is sad to me that players who deserve to be there are going to get bumped out by those who don't.

Man everyone in the league will hate us even more.

Posted by dj ugo on Nov-13-2008 17:22:

Je te comprends trs bien, mais le fait est que Montral est la meilleur ville de hockey au monde, et c'est par des exemples comme ca qu'on peut le montrer au reste du monde. Le match est Montral, et c'est une preuve inconditionnel d'appui de ses fans. Mais bon, que Crosby, Ovechkin, Malkin, Lecavelier et autres ne soient pas du line-up de dpart est peut-tre irraliste mais c'est la faille du systme, et c'est la ligue d'y remdier.

Posted by elFreak on Nov-13-2008 17:42:

je suppose...shit like this will just make everyone more happy if we lose.
