so paul and atb both deny. Here's what I think really happened.

Promoters moved set times around, sent it to print. Somebody was supposed to call ATB and let him know. Paul, being the chatty Kathy he is, talked with the promoter too long about the fine wine and cheese he wanted in his hotel room. Promoter gets distracted doing PvD's bidding, tries to explain to ATB about the misprint and apologizes about the delay in letting him know, explaining that paul just had a long list of things he wanted. ATB of course doesn't listen to any of it, and only hears "PvD this and that", and HULKS OUT, can't reason with anyone, and thus cancels. The promoters are idiots and don't want to admit to everyone else that they can't print set times correctly for fear of not being able to book later, so in order to save face they blame the HULK (atb that is...)
