downloaded today that set and on my opinion this isn't worst his set, Tijs totaly changed trance to house, so everyone, who knew Tiesto as a trance Dj now blame him. I never liked his sets, track were even worse. I didn't like his tracks selection, but i have to say, that his mixing skills were the best i've heard from trance DJs. So all people, who like trance just should forget about Tiesto, as he isn't a trance DJ anymore.

for me it's exactly electrohouse, if to be more correct. Not deep house like Taucher nowadays, not funky house, like Frankie Knuckles, not progressive house, like Pryda tracks.

I'm glad i have found a new Dj with the old "tiesto" style.

Leon Bolier for President! I'm enjoy his style and his track selection very much! I recommended Leon to everyone who like progressive trance!

2 days on and still no explanation as to why this thread is now being presented as if Tiesto was the only person broadcasted by Radio 538 on the night.

If you're going to do the tracklist for the event, at least be respectful and put the tracklists of all the artists that were broadcasted, not just one. You don't see 50+ threads for individual artists performing at ASOT 400 for example.

He's still very much emulating something that he's seen elsewhere... in this case, the crossover between pop/indie and dance, particularly in UK where guys like Erol Alkan and Boys Noize are carving up dancefloors with really energetic glitchy house and electro. I can understand this direction from him, because he was always about energetic/bangin' sets rather than any particular genre in my opinion. Certainly there is a lot of untapped energy in some of these obscure tracks, people just have to get over the fact its Tiesto playing them.

Some of the tracks he's picking up are straight from Alkan/BN/Radio1 DJ playlists.
