| Originally posted by david.sound To be honest, I was too tanked to process any of Lawler's set. It was the end of the night so I couldn't dance to it. But M.A.N.D.Y was sick, they played Push Push. I caught the end of Tiefschwarz, pretty good too. |

Sucks i couldnt make it to the meetup.. how many people were there? The night overall wasnt too great for me and when i was leaving at around 1:30, it was packed to hell on the way out.
first time the line was structured the way it was: disneyland like with twists and turns; you'd save a lot of time simply jumping the barricades like me and so many others did.
I checked out Zabiela's set; didn't do it for me. Headed to TombDoom for Cattaneo, Sasha, AVB. I loved this spot! I thought the production was badass! I don't remember much of Cattaneo and Sasha's set, but I really enjoyed AVB's set. The last time I saw AVB was at MM three or so years ago (his first MM appearance). I found his set last night to be much more high energy with a lot of surprises here and there.

MM was great for us. VIP entrance was quick, drinks were ok, the vodka was cheap but the beer was good. Pretty good angle of the DJ, however the sound was better in the GA. JOC was melow, I liked his set. The TA meetup was a lot of fun, good turnout, and met new friends. Good vibe. Hernan and Sasha were good and Armin was too. It looked like he was enjoying it. MM was much better this year, with the entrance and service IMO. It just seemed to be a smooth night, previous MM'S used to be more hectic. Enjoyed it
I was there. Met a ton of new ppl and lots of TA members. THanks for the introductions and friendly reception!! I had a blast at monster. Eventhou I left 1hr before closing. The night was amazing!
God when sasha dropped pryda - alfon me and my freind lost it, so fucking fun. Armins set WAS ok, but i felt it was missing more on the emotional side. Overall i had a very fun night, first time at a rave and first time rolling, fucking amazing.
MM was amazing this year. i got there really early so there was no long waiting to get in for me. was in the main room the whole time, swedish egil was amazing. dropping zombie nation WOOOOOOOO and darude lol. that was awesome. was looking forward to JOC and ARMIN but surprisingly my favorite set of the night was HERNAN CATTANEO. it was the 1st time i have heard that kind of music and it blew me away. Sasha was a very very close 2nd, he was good too. when he played that song with the deep bassline and it hit ur stomach it was crazy. funny how i thought armin was the worst of the night.....and i was looking forward to him so much. HC though....omg............

i thought the cattle call type way they hearded people all over the place was inconvient and made for some serious tensions throughtout the place. once i wandered several times around i decided i needed to stay put and thank God for VIP although, it was very apparent how packed that place was b/c VIP even got tight and crowded.
i headed to the M.A.N.D.Y and Lawler stage and parked there. Tiefscharz coundn't make it due to visa issues(expired, lol isn't that a managers/agent job to help the artist remember?) MANDY was late so their set got cut short.
Lawler ended up playing 3 hours instead of 2 which was fine by me. had a great time dancing and Andres (nerologic) kept me company most of the night! he loves lawler as much as i do
i feel his set was good and solid, there were some meh moments but he would redeem himself a track or two later.
i had fun once i stationed myself i was fine but i felt a lot of tension in the air this year. not the love and happiness of regular raves. a lot of pushing and shoving and cursing and pissed off people. if lawler hadn't been booked i wouldn't have been there.
but my 30 friends i went with on the party bus to and from was a an awesome idea, no one had to worry about drinking and driving and parking mess

Fun night. The GA lines were atrocious. Thousands of people jam packed, no regard for the fences. .people were actually picking up the gates and crowd surfing them to the back. No security out there made for a potentially VERY dangerous situation.. damn I'm getting old I guess lol.. VIP only from now on.
Hernan killed it, and Sasha played via 2005.. I loved it! much higher energy for this event..
can anyone ID the song that sounds like it says
" this is just a flesh wooouund, this is just a (beeeeeee).. " something like that. .Heard Mark Knight play it a few weeks ago too. Fucking huge.
*edit - found my video from Mark Knight
Enjoyed some Lawler at the end and got to meet him at an afterparty. Spacebyrdz rocked that house until we left back to SD around 8.
Sorry I missed all the TA's and meetups.. the cattle herding bullshit was a major bummer and music was the only thing that mattered after that.
i was semi sad when i found out about HARD's lineup but after what happened to them i have no regrets.
I've only seen Armin here at local clubs, and HOLY SHIT!
We went VIP too, GA lines looked like they sucked. We saw some guy scale the big fence and get chased comical.
The sound was way better when we battle the crowd in GA
overall i had a great time
