If this picture didn't attach, Please let me know how to attach a photo. I really want you to see me set up! Thanks

LOL

You can't use the [IMG] when the picture is in your D:\

If the pic is on your D:\ you should either attach the pic to the post (but this option is not available on this forum ) or you should opload your picture to a free webspace (there are lots of places to do that) and than use the [IMG] link where you uploaded you picture

I think the foto's on yahoo are only accessible by you, in other words you should find another space to upload them.

You may try this (http://66.51.97.78/forums/bst/upload.html) i'll haven't tested it yet thow.

oh, forgot to mention, MY setup is better than yours!

in case you were wondering, I have 6 arms with 2 hands on each arm, and 4 ears. not to mention the two brains needed to coordinate all that.

Hehe. i'd love to have even one of those tables.....
Where is that???

ok guys this is my currrent setup....

actually its my first set of tables...just got em last week....yay....so much fun....

Posted by JohnSmith on May-08-2003 20:55:

very nice, the silver theme looks good. where is the amp that powers those big ass speakers? i assume the bookshelf ones are powered by that little stereo beside the decks?

Posted by Alccode on May-09-2003 02:36:

Is it just me, or do many DJ's here have Behringers???

(I do too )

EDIT: here is my crappy setup:

A couple of things:

- the pics are a few months old -> I don't spin Gouryella et al. as much anymore. Now into the prog and psytrance
- Yes, I am aware my setup sucks.
- There are speakers flanking the table, Boston Acoustics, too lazy to check the model, they're not great for trance anyway. Perfect for classical though. Gotta get myself some better speakers with BASS! (Here's a little secret: I blew the bass bins - is that what they're called? - cuz the fabric ripped, on both speakers, but I taped it up with electrical tape. Shh don't tell anyone! lol No one in my house really notices 'cuz they're not attuned to it.. but it is noticeable if you listen for it. The bass is a little weaker.)
- Notice how I taped up the BPM counters on the mixer lol, they were quite annoying. Not to mention useless.
- Yeah, my setup sucks.

EDIT: DJ Dawn, you and your setup ROCK! Not only do you have an 80's turntable, and not to mention the awkward positioning, but you also have to use a rotary pitch knob!!!! How awesome is that????

dude how does your set up suck ?? i wish i started with something that good... and besides if you started listening to psy trance next thing you will listen to uk hard house and UK hard trance (not dutch "hard trance") and then youll go back to trance hehe.
