I will sum up why q3 is better in two words..

RAIL GUN!!!!!!

my best shot ever... i can't remember what the map is called, the one that was on the tech test with all the jump pads. anyway, I went off one pad at one side of the level, he went off another on the opposite side, and as we flew past each other in the middle, I stuck the railgun up his nose and showered the level with gibs and that was with a ping of abt 250!!!

i bounce back and forth on one jump pad and the next railing people as i fly by...heheh. i've been banned from the rail gun from my friends. but when they piss me off.....

yeah, that level + railgun = DEATH!!!! It's my fave too, I love picking ppl off with the railgun from right at the top of the level, where the quad damage is. Then you can just watch the body parts scatter

The only reason why Crazy Taxi isn't better is because they re-created the voices (which are now very cheesy) and the graphics aren't really improved. That's why magazines gave it a lower score.

I was just playing Dark Cloud for PS2. Good game, it's kinda cool because there's this monster that comes and destroys the village and u have to go around these dungeons finding diffrent parts to the village & houses. Then u have to rebuild your village

Is that a old game Railgun, coz I have never heard of it before

the railgun is the best weapon in quake 2 & 3 1 hit 1 kill

yea but spread is minimal and what if they have armour eh?

the super shottie's the best.. along with the usual rocket launcher!.. RailGun's only for FFA, not as much for 1v1 cos you gotta make sure you dont miss or else your dead

The rail gun is the master of all weapons, if you're good enough to use it effectively

yea i know i know... im actually pretty good with it.. playing a bot on hardcore i hit em 8-9/10 times... thats on a good day though =)

but im just sayin, the shottie and rocket launchers are just so much more fun cos you can do some crazy shit with em.. well, mainly the RL

I love the BFG too, it's easily the best 'tear shit up' weapon

in q3?! that gun is fuckin' harsh man!! it's pure power!!!! a good choice all around, there ain't anything wrong with it! faster shots than a rocket launcher, as powerful as the rail gun (almost). a really good balance...sooo...
