^yes you need to do weights kelly. since you say you get muscle quickly go for light weights. cardio is good to a certain point but muscles eat up fat faster
as for the photo. yeah i've got little arms according to my father...he says i look weak 
It also boosts metabolism. And you continue to burn calories after your workout.

my workouts are the weights as you've seen and the cardio is secondary because i know i should do it. i do all upper body twice a week and all lower 3 times because i would much rather have nicer looking legs than a say nice biceps. i will never be as small as jenny is though, not my body type
I just had a crazy idea: we should have like, a c0r Workout Session one day. Huh? Huh??

i'm 5'6" but as for body type i would say i look like i play tennis which isn't really muscular or thin. i'm just there i guess but i am curvy which is annoying at times
