they are capsules so you can pull them apart and pour the powder in a shake - that's what i do because i can't swallow huge pills

It sounds as if you are back since you are running full time now, just remember a lot of weight training is not just plates and dumb bells, resistence/cables are completely different.

nah no rubber bands were incorporated during PT or suggested after it. my use of the BOSU might be the closest thing to resistance training.

plenty of stretching before and after though heh

lol love how you show the pic of you sleeping in VIP, just to "awake" and put your arm up for a good tune.

kidnyce: I do this resistence-band boot-camp thing and its such a great workout. I love it because its an hour of aerobics AND works your muscles (with some decent music).

btw you guys have some great workouts....the weight training is making me feel lazy. Perhaps I am spending TOO much time on cardio, and not enough on weights? hmmmmm.........

Posted by chimera66 on Jul-10-2008 15:59:

^yes you need to do weights kelly. since you say you get muscle quickly go for light weights. cardio is good to a certain point but muscles eat up fat faster

as for the photo. yeah i've got little arms according to my father...he says i look weak

It also boosts metabolism. And you continue to burn calories after your workout.

I'm looking forward to these arms again...this was when I did landscaping:

Now THAT was a good workout! (Doing landscaping..not working the pole, lulz).

Posted by chimera66 on Jul-10-2008 16:19:

yup I took one when I was at Bally's. danm those strippers have a workout!! lol It was fun, nonetheless

wai: I do weights and resistence, but only once a week for each body "area." looking at everyones workouts, I can see that this is not nearly enough lol.

For sure. I don't do any cardio at all actually. But I'm already pretty skinny. Here's what you should do though: go do a weight workout first, then hop on the treadmill for 20-30 minutes. Try that for a month and see where you get.

Posted by chimera66 on Jul-10-2008 16:25:

my workouts are the weights as you've seen and the cardio is secondary because i know i should do it. i do all upper body twice a week and all lower 3 times because i would much rather have nicer looking legs than a say nice biceps. i will never be as small as jenny is though, not my body type

Posted by infinity HiGH on Jul-10-2008 16:28:

I just had a crazy idea: we should have like, a c0r Workout Session one day. Huh? Huh??

Anyways I'm off to the gym. Later bitches.

Yeah you look tall - and lean! I'm quite petite.

Posted by chimera66 on Jul-10-2008 16:55:

i'm 5'6" but as for body type i would say i look like i play tennis which isn't really muscular or thin. i'm just there i guess but i am curvy which is annoying at times

that's exactly how i am. i'm 5'5 and i weigh 115 (weighed myself last night at the gym). my arms are scrawny and i'm generally pretty little but i have a lot of strength. i have a lean, yet curvy physique too. tiny waist, wider hips, etc....

when i was in my last hard core gym phase with my ex (about 3 years ago), we would be in the gym working out together and some of the meatheads would make comments to him about me and the weights i was using and my form. like "holy fuck, how is she lifting that"

Curves are good. My best friend is really petite but has the most amazing pin-up curves.
