usually i have the turntables and mixer behind where the monitor is. all i have to do is lift up the monitor and slide the equipment in front to use, or behind when i'm using the computer. it would be cool if i could have my monitor sorta suspended in between though.. haha

i just spin my lcd around and go to the left corner of the table to use my pc.

they are worth the price if you are producing

these monitors ARE NOT for mixing use

They have a nice sound quality but the overload system quickly enter as medium volume

evrytime you enter the bass the system kick in and the sound drops off

witch gets to be very anoying

if you wanna mix and have a lot of power save yourself half the money and but a b-52 matrix 1000 sound system

700 watt of power

400 watt sub and 2 150 speakers

Yea i agree with you. Once I own a pair myself I'll use them mostly for producing tunes... cant use them for mixing unless running through a seperate amp really (even though they are active)

Thanks mate. Yeah there is lip on the dresser which perfectly catches the feet on the bottom of the mixer. works out kind of nice...

I reckon I could give some guys on turntables a run for their money

My setup is just as crap. Dssdj, numark dxm01 usb mixer and an old sansui direct drive turntable. The only good thing about the turntable is the tonearm is automatic... actualy that can get kinda anoying. And my speakers are sansuis ones aswell

I mean i have nice phones, good records, good tables (st-150's) saving for my mixer now but i still need monitors and a midi controller plus a dual g5 running ableton etc.
